Run away! They topped up hundreds of dollars to my credit card without explanation, and it's been more than 15 days since the scheduled delivery date and I'm still waiting for my things. Customer service just ignores me.
Will keep recommending them.
They didn't break anything and they kept all the scheduled dates. I am satisfied with my experience with them.
Moving APT is a FRAUD!!!!
They are scammers! Don't use them! The day scheduled for the pickup they never came, they did not answer my calls or emails. They showed up a long time later and caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in damage.
Moving broker they are not a Carrier
In preparation for a June 1 relocation, we contracted with Moving APT to move our belongings from New York City, NY, to Charleston, SC at the end of May. The person who put us in the movement used a number of calls and emails to store our belongings and also asked us during this date which was the first time (or "first available date") that we reported as on June 1. On 28 May, Ernest Movers, another company, picked up our products. We arrived in Charleston on June 1. On June 3rd, we called Moving APT, which told us to call back on June 5th after hearing nothing of Moving APT or Ernest Movers and having no of our belonging. We called several times on June 5th, and every time, we were told that someone "looked [ the delivery date ]" and got back to us, and nobody did. Looking back at the fine imprint in the transaction documents, we see that, if more than 700 miles were moving, the delivery date could be from 1 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS after ' the first date available ' — up to THREE WEKS. Moving APT should have made this clearer (i.e., verbal and written) and obtained our specific (i.e. verbal and written) approval of the waiting period before we entered into contract with them. It appears that the company was deliberately vague about the time of delivery so that we would contract with them. It is now the 7th of June and we have not heard about the delivery date from Moving APT or Ernest Movers. We paid rent in June to sleep on an air mattress and work on cardboard boxes in our new apartment. I will never again use Moving APT and strongly recommend people I know against it.

Micheal and Mike were my movers and were hands down the best experience I've had with movers. Super friendly, great attitudes and a pleasure to be around. Unloading was also great and they placed things where I needed them. Mike did a great job at handling my reservation in a quick fashion and sent a ton of information.
As good as it gets!!
Nothing impressive, but nothing bad either!! I recently moved from Seattle, to GA, everything went smoothly until I hit ATL and didn't know where my thing’s location.. I called the company and asked where my stuff was but did not get a location, understandably I called at 8p EST. They said they would get back to me tomorrow once the dispatcher replies. Saturday, came and they did not receive a response from the dispatcher so he said he'd call me Monday. Monday, came and nothing, so I called Tuesday and I hit voicemail. Wednesday, came and I called them again and get vcml but on that Wednesday, a man from the moving company called me and said he'd be in ATL on Saturday with my stuff. Saturday came and they were on time. He was here with everything, he put all of my belongings where they needed to be and I couldn't have been more pleased. They weren't straight and honest when it came down to delivery of my things but when they did deliver it, it was nothing but professionalism all the way. I don't know if I'll hire them again but they did a fine job!! The only thing they need to work on is the communication between the dispatcher and the customer. As a customer, I just want to be able to locate my things. If there's a delay, that's fine...just keep the customers informed. I had no hidden fees, no nothing. All I can say is that they did a good job, I may have had to wait a few days but I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you!.
Not a moving company
BROKERS. On the day of the move, I had to pay an extra 700$ because their rep called Mark did not do the actual inventory right. Sadly, the original guy I was speaking to died. They wouldn’t come to my house to check my inventory. The real moving company was arguing with this company because they had an old contract. I was forced to pay the overall difference. The customer service people never hold their word and never called back. The moving company actually told me they do this all the time and people get stumped. there is not after a call like they say, as soon as they get their money, you're lost. If I knew they were brokers I would have hired someone else. I did not like my experience and I will never have them again...
Failure
Don't hire this company. I was quoted $1999 or less than the bill the moving company provided. I was also promised my items would arrive within 6-7 days after pick-up. It's been 5 days and I was just told, "maybe you will get the items in 5-10 more days." This company is a joke.
Awful
Total nightmare experience. Didn’t have enough room on the truck for my stuff. Claimed to have enough space but it wasn’t even possible. Terrible customer service didn’t want to help through the process. Still haven’t got my things. Going to the BBB today.
