professional, diligent, and friendly
Medal of honor moving group was efficient, professional, diligent, and friendly. I felt so guilty sitting in the backyard with my coffee while they carried everything to the truck. After delivery, they even offered to move boxes from room to room if I wanted them to. Potted plants arrived safely, furniture was padded and wrapped, and the husband was delighted with our selection of moving company. Thank you, Medal of honor moving group!
would recommend the Medal
Medal of honor moving group moved a couple rooms worth of furniture and items from California to Florida recently for me. I am extremely pleased with the service and every individual I encountered from initial point of contact to delivery on the other side of the country. All individuals were professional, courteous and helpful at packing, suggestions, unpacking and placement. The price was reasonable, the job was performed well. I would recommend the Medal of honor moving group, and use them again.
Clean, professional, on time
Clean, professional, on time and easy to work with. My initial phone call with Anthony sealed the deal. Once they arrived and started an actual move, I knew I made the right choice. This was my second time using a moving company and the experience was much better compare to a first where half of my stuff got damaged and/or broken. If help is what you need please take my word on this one, these guys will get the job done right for you.
completely tension free
I moved my two bed room’s stuffs from Florida to Atlanta. Not only Medal of honor moving group gave me a prompt and unbeaten quote but their customer service agent told all details that I might need to take in consideration. The move was extremely comfortable for me. They valued our demand and have been cautious while putting our belongings into the boxes. Even they brought some wardrobe boxes for our clothes. We were completely tension free. It was definitely the best experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend their service.
I'm disappointed that I can't give ZERO STARS.
We used this company for our relocation. We didn't realize these individuals were only a broker until the movers arrived. As a result, we paid a lot of money for nothing. They promised delivery in 5-7 days. We've been waiting for about two months and nothing has arrived. Medal of Honor is the firm they hired. THEY ARE ONE STAR RATED. When Virgin arrived, they remeasured everything and instantly increased the contract fee significantly. They know you're screwed and can't do anything else on moving day, so they take full advantage. It's the same tale in every Virgin review. Price increase, no contact, no delivery date, nothing but quiet Every review also mentions very late delivery, if it ever arrives (according to one). When the things do come, they are either missing or damaged. We're almost to the end of the second month. They hired a business that is nothing short of criminal. There is no touch. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to phone calls. We have no delivery estimates. When we call the Medal of Honor, we get the runaround. 'We'll contact the mover and get back to you.' We never received a return call. We must have contacted them at least ten times. Everyone at Medal of Honor is snobbish. Their point of view is that none of this is our fault, so screw off. Even if they chose the movers, it isn't their fault. We requested a refund, but they refused. I'm not sure what else we can do than report the stuff stolen. We've reached the end of the delivery time period, which was put up a month after pick up, and there has been no progress. We called again, and someone offered us 15-20 dollars.

Theft of property
Medal of Honor Moving took my valuables. Long story short, they recall packing/unpacking a cash-valued item, their obligation seemingly ends there, and when it went missing the next day, they took two months to do nothing and hoped I would let it go.
Awful experience.
This firm should not be used. They completely violated the contract by failing to deliver all of my stuff and keeping them in storage for months. They did not repair damaged goods that they had broken, which leads me to assume they do not have insurance. I tried to contact by text and phone calls because I lived out of state, but I was mostly ignored. This firm just made unfulfilled promises. I had to drive 8 hours one way to pick up the remainder of my belongings and another 8 hours back home. A million and one reasons why the remainder of my stuff was not delivered and promises to deliver the balance of my products over the course of four months. It's bad news. It was not pricey initially, but it was not worth the extra effort and money to collect my goods and repair the damaged items.
They offered white glove service but did not provide it.
The sales staff and more coordinators were outstanding, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. Then my greatest nightmare came true. The driver/loader/packer combination. A father and son duo did not box our belongings with any care. Every piece of furniture would be blanket-covered and shrink-wrapped, as promised. They didn't do any of it when they arrived. However, the driver assured us that after our things were transferred to the larger truck, he would appropriately wrap them. Unfortunately, when our belongings were unloaded from the truck, my sofa was only partially wrapped with a blanket, and the cushions were sitting on the dusty floor of the vehicle. I paid to have our mattress packed, which they did, but not our box spring. Both the box spring and the sofa were removed. I paid to have our mattress packed, which they did, but not our box spring. The box spring and the couch were both filthy. They shattered our dresser, side table, vase, and mirror. The claims department gave us $600.00 in compensation for our losses. So, after our $500 deductible, we're left with $100. I'm still waiting for an answer from the customer service department, so we'll see whether they put things right. I selected Medal of Honor Moving Group based on two personal recommendations from friends. A corporation is only as strong as its weakest link. It all depends on who you have as your driver/packer. Our driver was genuinely amused by the amount of bubble wrap and shrink wrap we utilized. We're glad we did! The only things that broke were the ones that were wrapped. If possible, pack your belongings and drive yourself. I had hoped for a price of $5600.00. I would be stress-free, but that is not the case. I could have relocated myself for $3,800.00 but justified the additional expense for the convenience of having someone else move us. Definitely not worth the money. Unless you're lucky and have no problems.
Horrible move
Every item of wooden furniture I own (chest of drawers, wardrobe, headboard, footboard, and end tables) has been scraped, gauged, and dented. Lamps were shattered. I paid for "professional movers," but did not obtain the assistance I expected. The movers seized the keys to the moving vehicle and refused to return them. At 10:30 p.m., their manager had to bring them to me. The office had the movers arrive at the unloading location five hours early. They are not recommended by me.

Bad service
First and foremost, I would like to state that I will never use this firm again. I was charged far more than I had been quoted. The movers took their time and did not rush through anything, but who cares because I am paying by the hour? Nota bene: I had previously moved every box to my new place, so they didn't have to deal with anything. I had about 15 items that they had to move, and it took them 6 hours to load and remove. After they unloaded everything, my table had severe scratches, my granite desk on top had deep scratches, and my fireplace looked like they just dragged it on its side. They did not protect any of my goods as they promised, but I was still charged for them. I submitted a claim, and they gave me 151.00. What a joke, we all know that $150 isn't going to fix my problems. I still haven't received my return a month later. This company should not be used.
