Very Very Bad Service
They don't keep their promises. They told me my things would arrive in a week and it took a month and a half. They also lost a lot of my boxes, they told me they would send them to me but they never did, even though I called their horrible customer service every day.

Sketchy contract, dishonest, and deceptive
It is a horrible and dishonest business. They charged my credit card without notifying me even two months after delivering my things. If you have an appreciation for your things, don't put them in the hands of this company.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
From start to finish it was a nightmare experience! They overcharged me, left some of my things in my old house and tried to bribe me not to write a bad review, they packed my things terribly wrong and the movers were scoundrels and even took things from my refrigerator without asking me. Never hire them! Never!

Worst movers
They destroyed my furniture and used some of my boxes as hostages to ask me for more money. Very unprofessional.

Terrible Service
Going with this company was a huge mistake. The movers were late, they were unprofessional and they mistreated a lot of our things and even threw some of our boxes. His staff on the phone was also inefficient. I would never recommend hiring them to anyone!

Damages and Poor customer service
I would never recommend this company! They damaged many of my items and they didn't care, they didn't give me any compensation, and the customer service guys had an unacceptable attitude.

TERRIBLE, No Insurance, No Experience, Lies
This company says that it will take care of your things and that its movers have experience but it is a lie! They don't even have insurance. The movers weren't professionals, they didn't even know English. All my things arrived damaged and I never got any compensation or at least an apology from the company.

False Communication, Upcharging Without Approval During Pandemic
They stored my things so they could charge me more for delivery, they didn't care that my medication is in those boxes. I am an immunosuppressed person, and I NEED my medications to continue living. Do not use this company, they have no ethics or empathy!
Bait & switch on pricing, inefficient, damaged items
This company is dishonest. The workers charge by the hour, so they tried to take forever packing and loading my things to the truck (And without using any mask despite the COVID-19). In the end, what should have been a move of less than $ 1000, ended up costing almost $ 2000, not including the replacement of all the things they damaged in the process. All the complaints I made were ignored.

Scammers. My things were picked up over a month ago and I still haven't received any updates on them. No matter how much you call, they don't answer. I'm afraid my things will never arrive.
