When it came to loading and unloading, these dudes were total pros. They totally rocked it with a combo of dollies, ramps, and pure muscle power to load and unload everything from the truck. And man, they did it super fast too! Yo, they totally hooked it up and put everything in the right room in my new cot. I didn't have to stress about hauling all that stuff myself.

SCAM

This company is a scam. I contracted moving services through Medal of Honor Moving and needed my car shipped too from NV to GA. Sonia gave me a referral to another company called US Auto Transport aka Regal Transport. The owner is Ronnie and was told that they give good rates and are a good company to work with. Spoke to Ronnie, rates seemed reasonable, received my contract, and paid a deposit of $225. I called Ronnie a week or so prior to giving him my actual address and everything was still on schedule. On the day my car was supposed to be picked up I didn’t hear from the driver or the company. I called early afternoon to voice my concerns and was told not to be concerned that the driver was running behind schedule but was on his way and would contact me 1-2 hours out. It’s now evening, and I still have not heard from anyone. I called the office and this time the office was closed. I left an urgent message for Ronnie explaining the situation and also stating that I had an evening flight, and needed to know where was the driver? No response or phone call. I barely caught my flight and had to leave my car and items behind. The next day I received a call from someone wanting to confirm my pick-up date. I stated that you guys screwed me over and that the car was supposed to be picked up the day before. I was blatantly lied to and never heard back from Ronnie or his company, no apologies and they kept my deposit even though they were in the wrong. US Auto Transport/Regal Transport is a scam and Medal of Honor works closely with them by referring customers and receiving a kickback. They are all THEIVES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Wherever they went, the group was dependable and always on time. Friendship and cooperation at their best. The team leader, Eddie, showed great consideration for my mom's belongings and raised his voice when something wasn't right. He took care to make sure that everything was clear by asking questions. I strongly suggest hiring Medal of Honor Moving Group movers if you need to move.

The movers we worked with were pros. They were speedy, well-mannered, and resourceful. The five boys were the best of the best. Many thanks! All the floors were covered in carpet for safety. And the wall was also protected by using corner protectors on furniture for protection of walls.
