Scammers of the worst kind

This is a totally disorganized and irresponsible company. I hired them to move my stepfather's things, and when the truck arrived it brought someone else's things. I was lucky they got my money back. I would never use them again.

Will not return deposit

When I scheduled my move with them they made me pay a large deposit, a few days later I canceled and they assured me that they would refund my money in a couple of days. After this when I called them they were evasive or told me that my refund was in process. Today I called and they didn't answer the phone. I don't know if I'll ever see my money again.

Stay away from brokers! They make your move a nightmare and leave many promises unfulfilled. They will not be responsible for anything nor will they answer your messages or calls.

Dishonest Moving Company

They made a poor (and low) estimate on the phone, came and told us it was 3 times as much as the estimate and then made rude remarks (many on the phone, customer service, store managers) trying to let us know that we were messing and dumb about misjudging the quantity of things we had. We planned to have more than the estimate, but more than 3 times? One person even threatened to sue us (and I don't know what). They 're so rough and so deceptive. They even said we were too bad. One of the movers seemed to contact the warehouse to make it appear as if his hands were tired. A terrible experience that is already stressful during the COVID-19 pandemic. Do not use it. Do not use it. They took our deposit on account of the wording of their contract and therefore took money from us for doing nothing at all. After we canceled and agreed to provide our information to a number of other moving companies (maybe related?), they continued to call us and we will not stop getting calls and texts now. A chaotic company. You should not be allowed to get away with such conduct. Because the pandemic and unemployment are overwhelming right now, you hope they could have empathy and talk well, even if they couldn't change their prices. In fact, though my wife and I were distracted by the enormous increase in costs, they could still have been used if they were not so rude. It seemed like they tried to bully us. They 're a fraud and they need to be tackled.

The customer service is bad

Since we didn't listen to my partner in his response, I will write the same reply under my name: We signed the Medal of Honor for what Benjamin Knight, their Senior Logistics Manager, told us. He advised us that we had a full refund until 7 days before our move date. We told him the contract didn't fit what he was saying and he told us it was all right. Mr. Knight has assured us that his business "does not steal customers ' money if they want not to use their services any longer." If they demonstrate what they have been told several times (written evidence) by their senior logistics manager, they agree that they have made a mistake, but they still refuse to refund any money. This agency has always mocked us when we tried to discuss the issue with them and we had to turn to BBB. Medal of Honor Moving Business has an terrible customer service and is not here to help its customers. You 're trying to keep and take
