Liars!!
On the way to Arkansas from Georgia. I called my moving firm to check on the status of the move. I received a man's voice telling me that my moving company had gone out of business, and he linked me to Great American, who signed me up. The next day, I received a call from my mover, who was still in business and completed my relocation. I'm not sure why Great American felt the need to lie, but it really messed up our day and week. The constant calls from Great American bothered me. It was a nightmare. I'm not sure how trade with Great American would go.

AVOID THEM
GETAWAY! This establishment is a sham. They give you a low quotation, then hire another firm to make the relocation for a greater price and ask you to pay the difference. We were compelled to pay $1,000 more than the quoted amount. Furthermore, they never provided us with an exact ETA and were eventually two weeks late after we paid the deposit. AVOID. STAY. AWAY.
Avoid doing business with this firm.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: There are numerous reasons not to use this company. First, their trucks leak water (damaging furniture and boxes), second, they break items, third, they use packing tape on all items with pads (leaves residue everywhere), fourth, they lose items, fifth, prices change, sixth, they do not accept any liability for being completely negligent, and so on.
Please do not use them for your move
The driver arrived a day late, strolled around, and wants to charge extra for packing and big things, despite the fact that I expressly stated on the inventory list that I needed two televisions and a few plates. When I refused, he called his boss, and I called, who advised me to buy my own packing materials. What?? They informed me that after they received my $1575 deposit, they would take care of everything. And now they want to charge an additional fee for labor? Suddenly, the driver disappeared, and I called the company, who accused me. I was accused of abandoning the driver. I contacted co several times and they claimed they would send a driver out, but no one showed up the next day. When I called, they either hung up or sent me to voicemail. This is really unprofessional, and these folks should stop treating their clients in this manner. After three days of waiting, I had to reschedule my ticket for next week so that I may hunt for another moving company. I was astounded to see all of the bad remarks about Great American Van Lines that we had all received. I submitted a complaint with the BBB so that the next consumer does not have to deal with this. I will continue to fight, and I will share my story on social media about how they do not conduct this form of business.

Awful people
Customer service is atrocious! Brandy hung up on me, which was really unprofessional and nasty to say the least. Avoid this company at all costs. They lied to make a transaction, and then they claim it will take 10 days or more to acquire the goods they help you move!! and will not refund your money if you do not receive a service. Not only was I disconnected, but no one has returned my call. They're real scammers! Those were the delivery men's exact words. The delivery men don't care because they say it's not their fault; it's the fault of the firm. They also proceeded to charge me extra simply because they could, or so it seemed. Let's not even talk about customer service. I filed my claims the day after delivery, and I'm still waiting for a response, shocking! If you've made it this far, please take my word for it and DO NOT USE MOVE SMART.
jokers
These jokers over took a month to get us our stuff after promising a much more timely delivery, and ended up damaging more than half the furniture and completely losing a large TV. Do not work with them and RUN AWAY from this company if you value your possessions, time, and money. I retreat choosing them do not be fooled by their low low price you will pay more in the long RUN!
I wish I could give them negative stars
I am suing this company. They underestimate the price of your move so that you sign the contract and pay the deposit, then they ridiculously increase the price and cut all communication with you so that way you can not complain.

My worst experience
Scammers. False quotes, rudeness, racism. It was a HUGE mistake in hiring this company.
Bad company
Terrible service. They lie to you about the price and then charge you a lot more money on move day. They lost some of my son's belongings, and they lost several boxes. What a disappointment.
Criminal
They charged me double the estimate, they extorted me, and many of my belongings arrived completely destroyed. They are just criminals.
