HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
They are only attentive to the phone at first, once they do the business, you are lost. They charged me more than double the estimate and lost half of my things. I can not believe it! We call millions of times but no one answers, no one calls us back. You cannot imagine the trauma and the frustration that this company is causing me. STAY AWAY !!!!

Intoxicated Employee and Rogue Techniques
Aside from doubling the price of my move at the last minute, one of the movers was on drugs and started a fight. What a lack of professionalism. The customer service was useless, they just don't care if your move goes well. I'm sure the positive reviews about this company are completely false.

I'd give them zero stars if I could
They overcharge you when you no longer have any other option but to pay them. They took a long time to deliver my things and they did not meet the scheduled dates. The truck driver was an extortionist and asked me for more cash even though they lost a lot of my things. The compensation the company offered me was just ridiculous.

My move was a big job as my things were in 3 different locations, but they were efficient and professional. They moved everything smoothly, price did change but they kept the same rates at least

Avoid this company! Everything seems perfect until you sign the contract. I have 3 weeks waiting for my things! Customer service is downright pathetic. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I would like to give them negative stars. I was overcharged and ALL of my furniture arrived damaged. Terrible experience!

Pathetic customer service. I don't understand why they give you a quote if they will change the price drastically on the day of the move. The truck driver and the movers were rude and unpunctual, it took two months to deliver my things. When they finally arrived, some boxes contained someone else's belongings. A company without respect for its customers.
