Move from chicago to florida

It took 2 months to deliver my things. It was horrible because the customer service was really rude every time we called. When my things finally arrived, my boxes were wet and damaged, and many of my items were missing. They just gave me ridiculous compensation and disappeared.

Completely dishonest

They comply with absolutely nothing of what they say to you on the phone. They are pure lies. They didn't even give me the small refund they promised me for the delivery delays. They also did not respond to my lost property claims. Stay away from this company at all costs, I warn you.

Lost half of my shipment. No response so far

They gave me someone else's boxes, and many of my belongings were lost. What a disorganized company. Every time I call they keep telling me that they are trying to find my lost items, but I feel like they are not even making an effort. I feel like they don't care. Avoid this company!

All my things were professionally packed and there was very little damage in the process. They were friendly and fast

Moving with them is a mistake

They were impunctual, they overcharged me, and the communication was null. I canceled my move and when I wanted to get my deposit back, nobody answered my calls, and when they did, they were completely rude. Horrible company.

Partial Contract Performance

On the day of delivery, only the truck driver and one assistant came, so we had to help them unload our things so that they wouldn't take forever. In the middle of the night, my wife felt bad for them and told them to go rest and come finish the job the next morning. Huge mistake. They never came back and they never answered the phone. When we called the company, we didn't get any response either. It was a pathetic and unprofessional service.

Totally Useless

A horrendous service! They don't even have good communication with the truck driver, so every time you call, they can never tell you where your things are. They are just brokers! When my belongings were finally delivered to me, many of the boxes were battered, some items were lost and my television was smashed! The compensation they offered me was simply pathetic. Disappointing.
