Worst company I ever hired
They gave me a quote over the phone after going through all of the items and boxes we had, all in order to receive my deposit. When the moving day arrived, the truck driver went over everything, and called the company, and said that the 26-foot truck they sent was not all for me, I suppose to use only have of the truck, based on the space the company set for us, we had a two-story house with three rooms, two dining areas, and two living areas, plus around fifty already packed boxes.REALLY, ONLY HAVE A TRUCK.!! Definitely, a smart approach to persuade people to pay extra on the day of the move. They wanted us to pay an additional $2700 after we had been contracted and paid a deposit of over $2000..be careful people, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.!!
Dishonest home office service
Because the company did not have enough workers and cars to help our move, the packaging of items was not done until after midnight. The delivery was started in the evening and didn't finish until 11 p.m. The third-party claim process was so time-consuming that it was nearly difficult to file a claim for missing or damaged property. The only reason we awarded them two stars instead of one was because their movers were excellent.
Worst Movers Ever.
We hired Grace Moving Company LLC of Delray Beach, Florida to relocate us from Norman, Oklahoma to Colorado. In turn, they engaged Grace Moving Company LLC of St. Louis, MO. Not only did they try to charge us for storage despite telling us the movers would not arrive for another four days, but over 80% of our goods were destroyed. After we provided Cross Country with all of the images, they fired Grace Moving Company LLC and agreed to employ a non-professional moving company. Grace Moving Company LLC assured us that they would pay our losses and make us whole. They would then refuse to cooperate with us at all. They will not cooperate with us since they fired the movers.
Incredibly impolite
I was looking for movers across the nation online when I accidentally posted my phone number and received a call from someone there. This person asks for my address, which I was hesitant to share, then his tone of voice abruptly changes. I told him I could tell him the name of the city where I reside, but he wouldn't stop. I'm asking him to lower his volume, but I think my words didn't reach his ears, so I had to hang up. If this is the experience over the phone, I'm curious how their services would be.
DREADFUL COMPANY
PLEASE THEY QUOTE YOU A LOW PRICE, THEN ON MOVING DAY, THE SUBCONTRACTOR GIVES YOU ANOTHER PRICE ($4000 HIGHER), THEN THE COMPANY COMES OUT THE SECOND DAY AND WILL NOT TAKE ALL OF YOUR THINGS, TAKING MORE MONEY FROM YOU.
Awful service
They will NOT transfer your belongings; instead, they will sell your move to another low-rated business, raising your moving prices. Do you think all of the recent nice reviews are a little strange? Please study the company's DOT# before deciding to utilize them (it should match the name, be approved for, and move personal belongings), and make sure they can come to your home and offer you an exact price. "Please note that Grace Moving Company LLC is a duly licensed interstate broker, and is not a carrier and will not carry an individual shipper's home items, but will organize and arrange for the transportation," says the bottom of their website this time. If they don't tell you WHAT COMPANY is going to transport your stuff, you're in for some unpleasant surprises.

Avoid them!!
GETAWAY! This establishment is a sham. They give you a low quotation, then hire another firm to make the relocation for a greater price and ask you to pay the difference. We were compelled to pay $1,000 more than the quoted amount. Furthermore, they never provided us with an exact ETA and were eventually two weeks late after we paid the deposit. AVOID. STAY AWAY.

Worst moving company ever
I am a health professional who has previously relocated for work, and this was by far the worst moving experience of my life. I have three children and planned this relocation six weeks in advance to make it as seamless as possible. - My first estimate was way off, and the final price was more than DOUBLE the estimate despite just adding a few extra things. - My movers did not arrive within the two-day deadline I had scheduled. They claimed to have a "flat tire" and were 2 hours away at 1 pm on the second day of the planned transfer. They were three hours late when they eventually arrived. - While loading the vehicle, they smashed many of my boxes and my file cabinet. - They handled the piano HORRENDOUSLY, despite the fact that we paid an extra $200 premium for special treatment. - They had NO blankets or anything to protect any of my furniture, despite the fact that it was specified in the contract. - They smelled like cannabis when they came -The movers took one of our kitchen things -They were 6 hours late delivering my stuff
