Unprofessional movers.

Arrived 5 hours late and never called to notify us. Loading pros were a shambles and didn't take good care of our belongings, they are the nastiest movers that I have ever met they did not take care of my items, I would not recommend this service to anyone

They stole my cash

This business gave us a fraudulent estimate, and even the mover said that our estimate was absolutely incorrect and that this company should never have offered us that amount for the inventory list that the salesperson prepared. The real movers told me I had to pay $2000 more than what they quoted me for the same stuff. I even informed the firm how much I liked their honesty during the sales process, and they took advantage of it. All we sought was compensation, which we did not receive. This firm purposefully offered a lowball quotation in order for me to sign the contract and then raise the price upon pickup. This was completely unacceptable. also informed me that this happens all the time and that they have had estimates come in $10,000 higher than what was first provided. For this, they deserve to be shut down. I hope this purchase was worth the company's reputation. Has not returned my phone calls, and She has hung up on both me and my husband because she is tired of dealing with the problem. Now I'm concerned that my stuff may be ruined when they arrive. My entire life is in their hands, and I put my confidence in them. I'm just hoping and praying that I'll be able to finance the rest of the relocation. I've spent all of my $2000.

Definitely do not choose this option.

They will say whatever you want to say in order to get a job. If you use this firm, they do not arrive on time and do not contact you with any updates. Your three-day timeframe is a joke. When you call again after the three-day window has passed, you are asked "if you have flexibility." expect to be anxious, unable to make plans or reservations, and extremely annoyed from the time they take your money.

It was awful

Awful experience ever. It's been 40 days since I moved and I still haven't received my belongings. When you call customer support, they give you a number to call and blame it on the subcontractors...the phone immediately goes to voice mail. I'm actually shocked by some of the reviews, which influenced my decision to use the service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are the worst moving company. They were late, and communication was impossible. I would not suggest it to anyone. I had to pay an extra $1500 because Gold Standard was almost 300 cubic feet short, do not hire this company unless you want headaches.

Absolute fraud.

If I booked with them, I was promised I could cancel my relocation within 10 days with no penalty. Now that I can't contact anyone, I contacted the number I first dialed, which says that I was on the phone with them for almost an hour. He says that never happened.

Stay as far away from them as possible.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. My daughter was on the schedule. Today is the last day of the move-out window, and she must leave her flat. After no contact other than us phoning, we were finally informed that they canceled the route. We now have to hire a Uhaul and relocate her out of her apartment Immediately, as well as find another moving company!

Horrible movers that will steal your money. Never use their service, trash people. I used their service, I am not satisfied with this job because they lied to me and did not respect my items and my things arrived very late than the according to date. So I am angry because I needed their help from the manager on my moving experience

We were really unhappy and will never recommend this business to anyone for a cross-country or even a local relocation. We have yet to get our things, and we do not yet have an expected departure from CA arrival date for our belongings, which were picked up in California 17 days ago. If at all possible, I would give a 0-star rating. This firm is not at all what it promises to be on its website. They are not a moving firm, but they know how to store your belongings and leave them there in cooperation with any random second-rate moving company they chose to do business with.

Less than 2 stars

They make promises they can't make and delegate the actual relocation to whichever moving company best suits their purposes. Mine was supposed to arrive in 1 to 10 business days, however, it took 22 days. I couldn't sleep since I didn't have a bed. They damaged at least ten things that are no longer recoverable. You should save your money and run.
