SCAM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

No! No! No! No! No! No! Use any company other than Global Moving, LLC. The company began great and impressed me totally. My furniture was collected at WI on 26 May. Today I 'm sitting in Idaho ... No furniture on June 23. I've called, emailed, left messages, and nobody answers me. Ha ... please hire another person for your own peace of mind. My next choice is to report my stolen furniture, which will certainly take away the ' high rating. ' In my situation, I just don't want anyone to be. Everything sounds good before the paperwork is signed. You can check their BBB reviews. The company ought not to be in business. I switched to ID in order to be closer to my sons / grandchild. Many of the things are feeling for my family. We can not be replaced and they are indispensable, so reimbursement is never at its true value. Some things are that I saved 40 years for them when my sons were little. The pain is unbearable with all this.

Lack of service bad business

Do NOT use GLOBAL MOVING LLC. If I could give zero stars (the amount of work they actually did). We originally reserved for Saturday, but they told us they needed a 48-hour window so we could add Sunday. Our deposit has been paid and the move has been booked. On Tuesday of the move week we called to confirm all and we were told not to confirm the moving time or the approximate date and call back on Thursday. Thursday, when I called back, I spoke to Christy Strong, the supervisor. She told me that on Sunday morning everything was going to be picked up. I stressed the importance of taking things in the morning because we were ahead 7 hours' drive and needed to be working the next day. So Saturday all day, I expected a call to let me know what time the movers had to meet in the storage unit, the call never arrived. So on Sunday at 8 a.m. we went to the storage and waited. Then we waited, waited, and waited, waited, and waited. At midday, we realized they obviously would not fulfill their promises. Then we were forced to rent a trailer and load and drive all our goods. When we loaded the trailer, we received a text from the driver indicating that he would probably pick up around 7 pm that night. 7 p.m. is not acceptable when you know that an AM pick up time has been promised to us. I clarified why and why the timing would not work. I've called customer service several times, and I'm told that I need to talk to Christy, but all I can do is leave her voicemails she never returns. DO NOT Use this Company. They lie and lie only for you to register and then do the minimum customer service to reimburse the deposit that you pay. You will stop calling as soon as you know that you are unhappy. In order to complete everything, we had to extend our warehouse and pay a month, plus we had to make another trip to collect all the other things. The "moving" company has so far cost us about 700 dollars and did NO SERVICE AT ALL.
