Worst experience

I mainly called to have my car moved and they forgot to add it to the contract! They took a lot of money from me just for moving a few boxes and still, the movers demanded a tip from me. I call the company to complain and I never got an answer.

Price quoted was doubled when movers arrived

In this company, they drastically change the price of your move when the movers show up. I canceled the move and was able to hire another company that did the job very well for half of the money. Of course, Global Moving LLC kept my $ 2000 deposit.

If you don't want to lose your things forever, don't use this company! They promised to deliver my things in less than a week, and it has been 25 days so far. After receiving your deposit, they simply disappear and you cannot have any information about your things.

Worst Movers Ever

They are brokers, you make the deal with them but another company is the one who makes your move. When my things were delivered, most of them were damaged or broken. When I called Global Moving LLC, they told me they would fire those movers, and that they would cover the damage. None of that happened.

I have moved a lot of times in my life and it has never been more horrible than this time. This company broke a lot of my things, they were never in communication with me and the delivery was delayed ONE MONTH. They are not reliable.

Unmet promises and lack of urgency from customer service

They were irresponsible throughout the entire process of my move. They told me that I would be able to get my things delivered in less than a week. More than 10 days passed, and when I called the company they did not help me at all. My things took 24 days to arrive. Don't use this company.

When they talk to you the first time, everything sounds perfect, but once you make the deposit, you realize that they just lied. They give you an underestimated price, and when the movers go to your place, they charge you a lot more money. When my things arrived, many of them were broken, and others just disappear. I called the company to report what happened, and they said they would take care of it. I waited for 6 MONTHS to receive a ridiculous refund.
