Bad service

I was searching for a trustworthy company to move my products from Texas to California. Little did I know that Five Star is a broker and actually used a company called Revolution Moving Systems, Inc. that had bad communication and damaged or never shipped any of my products. When I file a claim for $500 worth of things, they wanted me to take $33. Next time I'm going to use a national chain of movers. The cost I was initially quoted from the Five Stars ended up not being what they said at all, and it was just as costly as the national chains quoted me. I was deeply disappointed that nobody seemed to care that my things weren't shipped or stolen, except one female receptionist answering phones at Revolution Moving Systems who  actually apologized. If I could put a negative review, I would.   Will not be using them to move my stuff again, and tell others not to use it for sure.

Good Company

The staff are highly polite, reliable and sincere. They were highly reputable and helped me move as quickly and as smoothly as possible. I would suggest that anyone who moves and wants assistance hire the Five Star Moving Company. I'm sure I'm going to tell all my friends, relatives, and colleagues.

Don´t hire this company

Please never use this business. Austin was lying to me about the logistics of my relocation. After the problem, the movers arose as they didn´t show up on the correct day. I called Austin, and he said he was going to look at the issue and call me back. I didn't receive a call so I called back and talked to his boss, Thomas, who cursed me and told me I had "No IQ" Awful company. Never use this company, they don't care about you.

Hired Five Star on my way from San Diego to New Jersey. They were super professional since Day 1, they responded all my questions, and they were always available. In less time, I received my things than I said, which was an extra bonus. I totally recommend Five Star Moving.
