Excellent Move

My husband and I were concerned about how we would get our belongings to our new home. We were relocating from CA to NE, and neither of us had ever moved that far before. We decided to give First National Van Lines a try after finding them on the internet. The best customer service I've ever experienced! They showed up on time, assisted us with everything, and didn't break anything. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to relocate.

Terrible service

This firm is absurd. They only demand money and have been of no assistance with any of the relocation services. It ruined the entire moving process. They have no idea what they're talking about. They use movers from other firms that charge more, and when you phone cross country, they are completely useless. They should never be used.

Effective

Moving away from two states can be a lot of work. You're looking for a company that is trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. This company is all that stuff and more! They did all the work so I could focus on other tasks that I needed to complete my big move. I couldn't recommend a more professional moving experience!

Scammers

This company provided us with a false estimate, and even the mover himself stated that our estimate had been completely null and void, and that this company should never have quoted us the price for the inventory list that the salesman had created. I was told by the actual movers that I had to pay $2000 more than I was quoted for the exact same inventory. I even told the company that I appreciated how genuine they were during the sales process and that they took advantage of it. All we asked for was compensation, and we weren't given that. This company purposely provided a low-balling quote so that I could sign the contract and then jack up the price during pickup. This wasn't right at all. Kristen also told me that this is going to happen all the time and that they had an estimated result of $10,000 more than what was first quoted. They deserve to be shut down because of this. I hope this transaction is worth the reputation of the company as a whole. Michale's not going to give my phone calls back, and Diane hung up on me and my husband because she's done trying to deal with the situation. Now I'm worried that my belongings will be damaged upon arrival. My whole life is in their hands, and I have trusted them. I just hope and pray that I can afford the rest of the move. I'm out of $2000 now.

Amazing Move

Another perfectly smooth butter move. I move around the U.S. pretty often (because of business) and First National Van Lines is the service I use to do that. Realistically, I couldn't even begin to afford the competition, so thank you for the ultra-high bang for your buck service from the First National guys. They were incredibly responsive and didn't cause me any problems with pricing or loading, etc.I moved from New York to New Jersey, but it felt like I was going down the street! Apart from the great price, my things were treated with care, and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Definitely, you're going to keep using this!

Good price

It's the first time I've moved from Missouri to Virginia, looking for a moving company. They stumbled upon them, and they offered great value. I'm also very pleased with the customer service they've answered all my questions and they've been very kind and responsive to any concerns I've had. Overall, my moving experience has been excellent thanks to them.

Definitely recommended

I got a job offer in another state, and I needed to fill in the work documents. I was stressing that I didn't have enough time to move all my stuff and keep abreast of my new job. My dad recommended me the First National Van Lines. I got a quote for $7,295 for long distance travel. A day before, one of the employees called me to remind me of their arrival time. They packed all my stuff, and none of my stuff was damaged. Thanks to First National Van Lines, I've had plenty of time to focus my time on work. If you're on the move, choose First National Van Lines!
