Quick and Responsive Crew

This summer it was time for my older parents to move from the home in which they had lived for more than 25 years. This was very difficult for them emotionally and physically, and they had a LOT of stuff. Since they lived on a lake, access to the property required smaller trucks, so they provided 2 trucks and 2 teams. The movers packed and moved and unloaded in 3 days. First national van lines were quick, responsive, very thorough, friendly and worked closely with me to help to manage this difficult move at a reasonable cost.

Professional Crew

In the middle of a renovation we had to remove heavy items from our bedroom to our living room Contacted them because they were open late and promised a fast response. The two men were sent and did not need a big truck so they came in a normal vehicle. They were very professional and smart and did everything promptly and carefully as needed. They were clearly well trained, experienced and took it all in stride with good humor. We are very grateful. Their pricing was fair considering the hard work involved and the need to turn on a dime. They took such good care of us we are inviting them back to do the reverse move. Their online forms are easy to use and the response it very fast. Exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Fast and Quick moving experience

No regrets! .. I hired them to move the contents of a one bedroom apartment approximately 40 miles. They provided a fast and accurate quote via email, and I was able to reserve movers with only a few days notice. The 3 movers arrived on time and went right to work. In 3.5 hours they loaded all my belongings into the truck, drove approximately 45 minutes to the new location, unloaded everything to the new 3rd floor apartment, and even assembled the bed frames. The movers worked very hard, I even witnessed them occasionally jogging up the ramp of the truck. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in a hassle free moving experience!

Efficient and Fast

They were super great and helpful! They were quick, finishing the job in 3 hours, which is the minimum required hours. They also kindly adhered to not wearing shoes upstairs, and even taught me how to take apart and put my recliner together, and I didn’t even know it could do that before. Super friendly, easy going, and the jokes made the time fly by! Thank you!! :)

Respectful and Excellent

First National Van Lines and crew arrived at my new house as soon as I got the key. Not only did they move a 20’ Uhaul plus 12’ trailer in under 4 hours, but assisted me with moving in a whole kitchen suite of appliances and even got them installed for me upon request. This is the best experience I have ever had with a mover, especially arriving road-weary from a cross-country move. They were extremely accommodating and kind and his crew were very respectful and gracious while I directed where items should go. My realtor, who was also present, was so impressed by their quality that she’ll be recommending this company for her future clients’ moving needs. Can’t tell you how grateful I was for such a good experience with my belongings and appliances!

We had a difficult move where some of our stuff was going into an apartment, and the vast majority was going much further down the road into storage. These guys were 100% professional the whole day.
