Don't work with this company

The crew was late for pick up, they were hasty and very inefficient when wrapping our belongings, especially the furniture. Delayed delivery troubled by a fired driver, and hiring a different crew every day to just fire them again and get another one. When we finally received everything, a lot of our most valuable items were very damaged.

Best company to work with

Empire Moving Group proved to be a reliable, professional company. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with other carriers and I firmly believe that Empire Moving Group is the best carrier in PA. My items were on the third floor and they had no problem walking up very tiny and tight stairs, and all my sofas were very well wrapped. We received all our items with 0 damage, I'm very happy.

Reliable and quick to deal with. Moves on city streets are not a piece of cake and I'm sure when the items are on the second floor it can make everything very difficult, but these guys did everything effortlessly. The price stayed the same, with no extra charges or sketchy fees. I'm so grateful and happy I found Empire Moving Group! I truly value their hard work and I'm sure I'll work with them again.

Definitely the right choice!

The team that performed our move was so helpful, friendly, and polite. They put a lot of effort in order to be done as soon as possible just so we didn't have to pay for extra labor hours. They carried our large sofa up two narrow stairs with no issue and through an unusual doorway like it was nothing. I will definitely recommend these folks to everyone I can. If you can book Empire Moving Group, do it.

Mike and the Empire Moving Group squad were professional and easily guided. The packers were really good at securing the furniture, they meticulously packaged all pieces to ensure a smooth ride from point A to point B. They were all really cautious when handling my belongings. The great thing about this company was that they were very tidy and well-coordinated. I'm really impressed and would definitely book them again!

Awesome experience

The Empire Moving Group crew was right on time to perform the job, and they easily and effortlessly organized my boxes in their carrier, delivery was done in a shared area facility all in less than two hours. Great communication, impeccable manners, and the best customer service team. Will definitely use again for future moves!
