Gashly job

Empire Moving Group LLC relocated my family from Florida to Texas. They didn't inform me they'd hire someone to do it. Moving and storing at sea. They did not inform me that my belongings will be stored and subsequently relocated. It took them 24 days to complete the relocation. Every time I asked for information, I was given the runaround, and no one ever returned my call. When my belongings eventually arrived, all of the boxes were destroyed. All of them, yes. There is a lot of damage and missing items. It was a dreadful experience.

Worst ever.

After several attempts to get Empire Moving Group LLC  to announce a delivery window and time, they arrived, at our son's belongings, and then left! They did not unload the contents of the boxes. They did not set up mattresses or a dining room table. They went in such a hurry that they did not notify us of their departure and even left their own packing blankets behind. From start to finish, the entire transfer was a fiasco.

 MADE JUST THE RIGHT CHOICE BY HAVING HIRED EMPIRE AS MY CARRIER, especially after not having a very good experience with other companies! Next time,  Empire and only Empire will be my go-to.  You and the staff are just awesome. Keep up your business and your wonderful work! You guys deserve 5 stars for sure.

Never use this company

All they said was a lie to sell the job. When we realized that, they told us it was too late to receive a refund for our deposit. Horrible customer service, the worst ever, they never call back.   I've been waiting for a call back for two days already. Please don't use them. Thinking of taking this to law. 

Best company to go with

The moving process was seamless, smooth, and well-executed. Every single crew member was incredibly nice and polite as well as caring when dealing with our belongings, and Chris the dispatcher followed up several times before, throughout, and after the move was finished. I strongly recommend Empire Moving Group if you're searching for a reliable company.

They are great

These people went out of their way to provide me with a good experience, and they did so at a fair price and took excellent care of my belongings with the white-glove special. All my items were treated with care and professionalism. I definitely recommend Empire Moving Group!

Everyone in this company was extremely supportive and thoughtful even though they had to maneuver our items through some very narrow areas and also the truck to get into my apartment! The crew turned up on schedule and talked to me while they were doing everything which was very nice. If you ever have to move, the best option out there is the Empire Moving Team!

Worst experience ever

They'll either overcharge, never turn up but come up with random fees, or your belongings will be ruined upon delivery. I feel so powerless after trying to contract other movers at the last minute while we have a global pandemic going on due to the incompetence of this business and the total lack of respect regarding their service.  Don't go with this so-called company.

Great Choice

The quoting and reservation process were really simple, and the Empire Moving Group team were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The crew who assisted us were efficient and more than happy to prolong their working schedule to be able to keep our belongings safe for more than 8 hours while our new place was getting some work done.

The best movers I have ever worked with! These guys are very skilled and professional. They took the frustration out of my relocation process with how quick it was to make this happen. I'd certainly do it again and will recommend Empire Moving Group to anybody who needs the service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
