I am so grateful to have found Dumbo Moving and Storage! I felt my things were safe and in the right hands at all times. The team was very friendly and professional. They didn't lie to me with the budget and filled their truck very efficiently and quickly.

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY
They feed you lies from the beginning to the end! They give you a cheap quote and then charge you a ton of extra money at the last minute. They are not careful with anything, they broke many of my things and even stole others that they did not return until I involved the police. Attention is terrible. This company is not worth it.

Hiring them was a mistake
Hiring this company was the worst investment I could make in my life. They broke so many of my things, even ones that cost thousands of dollars, and they paid me nothing for it. The story does not end there, when I went to my old apartment to deliver the keys I noticed that they forgot a lot of my things, they left them on my property without even notifying me. Still, on many occasions, they asked me for more and more money. They had no respect for me or my property.

Crazy extra charges and horrible job
I hired this company to move my one-bedroom apartment and they made a total mess! They left drinks cups and gloves everywhere, and last but not least, they left many of my things behind: a carpet, things in the closet, in the living room, among others. And still, they charged me extra money for additional items even though they didn't move those things. They will only be nice until they have your money, then they will only be inefficient, irresponsible, and rude. I do not recommend this company at all.

Bed bug infestation
Two weeks have passed since I made my move with the dumbo company and I still have not been able to sleep in my apartment. Two exterminators assured me that the bugs had to come in the moving truck. Avoid this company! Although the movers were friendly, the company made my move a horrible experience.
Scam experts
Stay away from this company! They blackmailed me to pay them more money, even when they broke a lot of my things. I spoke to them to complain and they simply stopped responding. Unprofessional. Never hire them to make your move.

Broke my TV
This company did an excellent job of breaking my TV! I hired them thinking they would move my things carefully and now they refuse to pay me for my expensive TV set. DONT GO WITH THEM
Good moving experience
The entire move took just an hour and a half, these guys were just amazing and fast! I was afraid of being scammed by a broker but these guys are legitimate carriers. Had some damage to one of my sofas but I'm working it out with them. I recommend

The Dumbo company is amazing! They took all of our really heavy business furniture to two different locations, being very careful with our objects, walls, and doors. They were fast and professional at a fair price.
They were good
They're fairly priced, and they take all the necessary precautions not to damage my things and they even give you boxes to store some of them. They can move really heavy objects, they arrived a little late for the move but i do recommend Dumbo Moving and Storage services!
