Take advantage of customers!

They quote you a low price and then triple it and tell you that if you cancel the move, they will not refund your deposit. Customer service was inefficient and rude.

DISSAPPOINTED, UNSATISFIED, NOT HAPPY AT ALL

They packed everything so badly that all my glassware arrived broken. When I called the company they told me that the glassware was not covered by their insurance. They are unprofessional and irresponsible.

It's been 2 months and still no refund as promised.

They told me that if I canceled the moving service two months in advance, they would refund the deposit. 2 months ago I canceled my move and I still haven't received a penny. They tell me I'm on the waiting list but nothing more. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them.

Overpriced lost items and damage

They charged me $ 800 above the price they quoted me. Many of my things arrived broken, and things that had a big sentimental value for me were lost. If you appreciate your stuff, don't go with this company

Pure Garbage

They assured me they weren't brokers but that's exactly what they are. They promised me that they would be available to answer any questions during the process, but once they had my deposit they disappeared. The movers broke a lot of our things and nobody takes responsibility for it.

Carter Moving is horrible

Thanks to the reviews, we thought it would be a good experience. How wrong we were. They charged me too many extra fees and they were not careful with my things, and many arrived damaged. Now they ignore my calls and messages.

Worst move in 40 years

They did a pathetic packaging work and damaged my precious antique furniture. It was totally disappointing and it is useless trying to come to a fair resolution with them.
