Horrible. Liars
I gave them a complete inventory of my things and even so when the movers arrived, they charged me $ 3000 more than the quote. They are only attentive to you at the beginning, and once you sign the contract, you are lost.
HORRIBLE COMPANY
My things arrived 3 weeks late, and the movers unloaded them on the sidewalk and left. It was a terrible service! They promise you that they are a professional company but it is a total lie.
scam
These people treat you very badly, they destroy all your things and charge you for it!
Fraud alert!
They quoted my mom's move and then called just two days before de pick-up to tell me the price had doubled. It is a very dishonest and unethical company.
from Chicago to Peoria
Scam artist
They never showed up on the agreed day, so I canceled the move and they never refunded my $ 1500 deposit.
bait and switch pricing
They tell you that they will make your move at a low cost but it is a lie, they only want to close the deal and then increase the price.
Rude bait and switchers
They never showed up! I had to call them several times until they finally showed up. They charged me more money, quit in the middle of the move, and refused to reimburse me.
Don't expect customer service/compensation
"JUST HORRIBLE 1. They lied about the price and at the end of the move they wanted to charge me a lot more money 2. They broke a lot of my things, including a chair they damaged and tried to cover it with a tag. 3. They lost my stereo. 4. Many things were damaged because they were poorly packed. 5. I have never been able to contact customer service, they must have hundreds of missed calls from me."
from Portland to Salem
Made so many promises over the phone that were false
They charged me thousands of dollars more than the quote they gave me, and the customer service was awful. They never told me that they were brokers and would not be the ones who would take care of my move directly.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They made me miss an important flight because they were too late to collect my things. When the movers arrived, they were rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience.
Licenses & Certificates:

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
