Thieves

They are a sham. Do not use them. To cut a long story short, they showed up for pick up with no help and charged me an extra 6,000$ despite the fact that I had given them an accurate count. Arrived 2 months late for delivery with no help to unload, so my husband and son had to do everything ourselves. The strangers who came all night because they posted for help unloading a truck on Craigslist were the icing on the cake. Use someone else to save yourself the trouble.

Aggressive Salesteam.

I called to obtain a quotation, and they were trying to get me to put down a non-refundable initial payment. I mentioned that I wanted to hear back on other offers first, and they hung up on me! We will not do business with them since they are unprofessional and overbearing.

They are not a well choose

My entire moving experience was mediocre. My mattress was ruined during the transfer. My mirror was only reinstalled on one side of my dresser. During the relocation, something heavy looked to have been placed on top of my computer table, bending the Dvd holders. I'd say the team worked effectively together and relocated me in half the time that was quoted.

Stay Away

Moving from Illinois to Virginia was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did it take them over a month to deliver my furniture, but all of the boxes were ripped apart and there were missing boxes. I filed a claim, but the firm refuses to pay it. Customer service is poor, and the manager is never accessible to deal with you. Don't employ this business if you value your belongings. They ought to be out of business.

Worst moving experience in my life

Bad experience; definitely choose to use a quality brand. They are quick to take your wealth, yet they are ghosts. Late. Incredibly late to take your furniture and they are inefficient, They promised to implement items and are trying to fix it.

I simply gave this firm one star because there are no negative stars available. Warning!! Sellers!! Arpin Van Lines  only take payment or direct deposit, which should have been my first warning sign. I was in a dilemma when I planned with them and was relieved to be on their calendar. I received a phone quotation that was comparable to other providers who were unable to match my timeline.

they stole some things from my move service

The moving team stolen a bag containing a laptop and an iPad from my home office. More importantly, it included vital documentation essential to my visa. When I contacted, I was told that they may compensate me at a rate of 30 cents per pound. What a farce. Never, ever use these again!
