Good Service !
My move was stress free thanks to these guys! They are professional, efficient, and very careful. I recommend them!
I defenitely will not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!
When my things arrived, the driver had forgotten the key to the truck doors! This company works in a very disorganized way and they can tell you anything as long as you sign the contract. Then the nightmare begins. They increased the price they had quoted me much more and my furniture arrived late, damaged, and poorly packed.
Horrible Company
They are legal thieves! Don't hire them if you don't want to be lied to and scammed.
Worst experience ever
They took more than three weeks to finally deliver my things and when they did they charged me 3 times the price of the original quote. Get away from them!
Their crew of A1A Movers did a great job
They are exceptional movers! The estimated price remained the same throughout the move process, and our things were delivered without any damage.
DO NOT hire them!!!
I told them everything they needed about my inventory and they still wanted to charge much more on the day of the move. Our things were delayed for several days to be delivered, and arrived broken and damaged. Also, a desk and other furniture just disappeared. Read the bad reviews and avoid being robbed by these people.
If I could give them zero I would
I measured my things myself to make sure they didn't overcharge me when they loaded them onto the truck, but they did it anyway. When I wanted to complain to them, they told me that if I didn't pay they would leave my things on the sidewalk. An embarrassing experience.
Worst movers ever
First of all, I'm pretty sure this business is run by dogs. They became extremely difficult after my first payment and every attempt to secure a refund was made to say that my payment was not reimbursable. Finally I decided and with the worst attitude ever, the movers came into my house. All over them, cigarette smokes and alcohol stench. Finally they moved my furniture and nearly eight of them were destroyed. When I contacted the claims, they said that they would pay me 60cents per pound. A couch worth $7,000 was destroyed and the claims department gave $45 for that. Company very useless
Disaster Move
No one light! No one star! This was the worst of my life's experiences. This is not the cheapest company!! Please, read carefully: Alicia from the sales team did really good work, she got me as a Customer, then the first team arrived pretty sharp on the day we decided, they looked very professional and they handled every item as the owner. Okay, two weeks they took my things to a warehouse and sent it to my new home. Thanks to Stephany, A1A amazed me, they sent all my things when I had it. But what was wrong with the firm? they were treated in a very bad way, everything that had been broken or damaged, every box that I opened looked like Godzilla was walking on it. My television was filled with many cushions, in a box I purchased in my home depot as Alicia advised me, no matter what I did, my TV came broken with a huge crash, a big hit in the picture, I still pay television!! And because the crew was so rude with it, I can't use it. Okay, I said "Yeah, it's only tv," but when we started unpacking we found out a lot of FRAGILE text boxes outside ... All that was broken inside these bags, ten cups, fifteen cups, ten cups of wine, one leg of my king's bed broken. What kind of people do A1A contract?? I called Stephany and she told me I needed to write a report to the insurance company, but I know how it works. It would be good for me to write a new review of A1A 's solution. My name is Mario Davila, I have a phone number (305)778-0990. I want to return my TV, all my things, I want to return. — — — One year later, they sent me a $25 loss settlement notice. — — —
Complete Nightmare Horrible service
I wish to emphasize the extreme disappointment and stress caused by the (narrowly) services this company receives. Not only were I deceived to quote, because it was done very unprofessionally, inaccurate and miscalculated from the very beginning, I also never had a company with this POOR customer service in my life. Nobody answers the phone in the business. Without any communication with me, my shipment was transferred to a bother truck. Not ONE note. By the first weekend of August I expected my belongings to be in Windermere as planned! And because of this, I bought flights to family members to help me organize. Well, that wasn't done, I would probably not have been informed of the delay if I didn't call / email / txt A1A Moving and Save times SEVERAL. I was scared that my belongings were stolen at a few moments, the communication was so bad. And when I talked to anyone, I had an attitude as though I had no right to know my shipment 's status. When I left several voicemas / mails and text messages (mostly unanswered) after two weeks of extreme stress and exacerbation, my shipment reached my residence, the driver had only one other employee and only two locals to help unload and assemble my furniture. They simply dumped all my boxes in my garage, with carelessness, at their best. Only furniture from the master bedroom and dinner room are assembled to damage these pieces. And they refused to assemble the other two bedrooms but left damaged pieces. I kindly had to ask one of them to help me, a woman, bring another heavy boxes from the driveway in the garage. After a few days of moving the boxes inside of myself and unwrapping, I tried to put the furniture together from the guestroom, only to realize that boxes were missing, with the sides (bases) of the bunk bed, which prevented me from putting it together. All this experience was a complete nightmare. It frustrates me, stresses, nights without sleep, and I still have not all of my belongings. Once in various days of last week I contacted the company several times, I got the run around. And once I stopped contacting them, I 'd never heard of them, although I asked for answers by last Friday. My family arrives from Brazil on August 26 and the BECAUSE of A1A Moving and Storage is not yet finished.
