Really bad experience
You should not do business with them. They made my relocation exceedingly stressful. They repeatedly messed up my delivery date, lied to me about paying movers to unload my pod at the warehouse, and then forced me to get a UHaul and unload and relocate it myself. Dirt, trash, sludge, and mice contaminated the contents of my pod. This is in addition to the other troubles I experienced with them about destination and pod drop off.

Major let down
The terms of a contract mean nothing to them. I paid in advance to have my things carried and stored for a few months, and then when my new house was ready they would do the move and unload everything again. They took all my stuff with no problems, but when I called after several days, they told me that they no longer offer unloading service and that they would only refund a small part of the money which is not enough to hire another company to finish the job.

I'm glad I used this company! I read a lot of bad reviews about them and I was scared, but I think it all depends on who they are working with for your move since they use 3rd party companies to move your things. To me they seemed like an excellent option, they were very fast and efficient throughout the entire process.
Do NOT use this company
They were always late, they had a pathetic communication with me and they never clearly explain the procedures and dates. They do not take good care of your things at all, they gave them to me dirty, poorly packed, and last but not least, some had rat droppings on them!
Joke of a company
I have had a lot of problems with my invoices and with the delivery of my things. Moving brings a lot of stress and this company makes everything thousand times worse. Never contact them.

Terrible company
They were always promising things that they never kept. 28 days have passed and they still haven't delivered my things. They continue to change what they said to me about delivery and storage over and over, I don't even know where my things really are! The process with this company is disorganized and uncertain.

Companies that transport household goods like Zippy Shell Incorporated have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
