Terrible experience

This firm not only charged me more than quoted, but they were also very disrespectful and ended up destroying a $5000 86 inch TV, so I called insurance they said that will not cover it. I still haven't gotten this handled and had to pay extra money to replace the damaged item myself since they didn't care. Please do not book with this company. Do not believe their words because you will be disappointed and your pockets will be empty.

Excellent recommendation

Finding a mover is a difficult task. One of my neighbors just hired this firm and stated they performed an excellent job. When I called in, I spoke with a man named Tony. He told me about his years in the business and what to expect, both good and bad, from each company I spoke with. I had faith in him and his company, and they did not disappoint. My price remained binding, and delivery was completed sooner than planned. That is all I have to ask. I would definitely recommend it.

Don´t hire these people

I reserved Xtreme Movers ahead of time and was given an specific delivery date. Well, I received my items one week after my delivery date. The office personnel is a terrible, unpleasant, and rude people. My quote increased from $4,300 to over $9,700 once my stuff was loaded onto the truck. Use Extreme movers at your own risk!

Highly recommended

The movers arrived on time and prepared to move my stuff. My wife and I were particularly pleased with the manner they handled our belongings and the time they took to ensure that everything was properly packed and organized on the truck. I didn't notice any distractions or overcharging for any of the services they offered. To be honest, the transition went off without a hitch. It comes highly recommended.

My move was from NY to Phoenix, AZ. I have retained legal counsel and representation against these people-Shawn is a liar and manipulator from the beginning to the end. So there's his slow scammer, Brandon. Doris and her crew from the Banshees Billing Department routinely shouted at me at the top of their lungs, threatening the truck driver to "turn around and hold my belongings" in New Jersey. Hundreds of my boxes were crushed, my venetian cut glass goblets and my cordials were broken. They broke my toaster oven, bent my triple bottom pans, broken kitchen glass storage containers, stole one of my speakers, "misplaced" part of one of my food processors, Broke my laptops, and a lot more than I haven't been able to open and evaluate yet. They claimed to have "white glove service" and to "do all of my packing" It's not. I was quoted as $3600.00 for my move. They extorted me $9,000.00, and broke a lot of my most valuable property. If I hadn't packed 120 of my own before they arrived, I'd have very little of anything in my hands right now in Phoenix. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO MINE. Avoid these THIEVES. They're going to HURT YOU.

Amazing move

Mine was a short distance away from 30 miles away. Somehow, I was lucky enough to get the owner of the company, David, on the phone when I called. He was so informative about the move and how to choose a good mover. I ended up hiring his company, and it worked great. When I had a question or concern, David was very responsive. I received a phone call from Manny on the day of the move within the timeframe I was promised. Manny and the crew of three men worked hard and quickly to get my stuff out of storage and then into my new home. They were courteous and polite to me, but I was most impressed by how courteous they were to other people who were moving out of storage at the same time and needed to get through. Manny, the driver and foreman was a very nice person to deal with. The move went so well, I feel lucky that I ended up with the Xtreme movers with all the choices out there.

Great service

Excellent service!  Arrangements before the move were easy, quick and hassle-free. They arrived at the exact time on the day of the move, they said they would, and they worked fast and hard. All the furniture was assembled and arranged throughout the new apartment. The three men were extremely nice and hard-working, and the price was fair and well deserved!

Terrible service

Be very tired of this company, the staff are beyond rudeness, and they give you a low price to hit you with a higher charge to drop your belongings. You've set a delivery date and they're delivering when they feel like it. They lack communication and say the company is right and the customer is wrong. I've never been dealing with such a horrible company and the quality of port service.Don't hire this company, please. You're going to cry and regret it. I opened two BBB reports against them. They call to change their names from Tina to Doris, etc. These are the same people who are trying to scare you and put pressure on you to get your money. Don't hire them!

Five star mover!

I was very doubtful when I decided to go with this company, but it was very trusting and comfortable with my sales rep Scott, he answered all my calls as a promise and checked to see if I had any changes, so I wasn't surprised when I moved on a day when my price didn't change, my surprise was how great and professional my moving crew was. So fortunately it was worth every dime, and I've met, I'll definitely be using it again when my project comes to an end, and I'll be moving back home. Thank you, Scott, and the whole Xtreme team.
