Great Job

From the start to the finish, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The movers were wonderful. Everything arrived undamaged and on time at our new residence. The workers seemed to enjoy their work, which made things a lot easier for my wife and myself. They were polite, respectful, and diligent workers. WB Meyer and the team I worked with were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic trip.

My bad experience

I have received an extremely incorrect, binding estimate from Mr. Bill Harner of Wm. B. Meyer from Stratford, CT, who overestimated my household load by 1724 lbs. Nothing changed between what Mr. Harner surveyed in my small apartment in person and what was packed up afterwards. If overestimated, the variation between the exact weight and the binding estimate is reimbursable to a minimum weight higher than my load by 1180 lbs, at a fraction of the cost per lb of the binding estimate. Conversely, Mr. Harner underestimated the number of boxes and effort needed to pack my household, this resulted in an additional $367 packing charge on top of the binding estimate. This seems to to be either gross incompetence on Mr. Harner's part or intentional mistake on the company's monetary gain at my expense. The very positive part of this move was the men who actually packed, loaded and unloaded my household. They were prompt, professional, courteous, thoughtful and meticulous. All things have been carefully packed, transferred and delivered without damage.

Good experience, man! Everyone involved in organizing my move was very professional and incredibly useful at every step of the process. The virtual inventory survey and estimation process was simple and very accurate. The team was receptive to my many questions, and always courteous and thoughtful. My movers were quick and very effective, and they took great care to ensure that all my belongings were transported safely. It was a pleasure to be dealing with this moving company.

Exceptional Job

Mike and the crew did a fantastic job. We've had a lot of boxes and furniture. The crew worked very hard to load the truck. Gus and Javier were helpful in showing us that our couch had a missing bolt, and they told us how to fix it. Unloading the truck was going smoothly. Noah organized our boxes to make it easier to unpack. The basement boxes were neatly placed on the shelves. Before leaving, they ensured everything was in the right place. I highly recommend it to Meyers. If we ever move again, they're the only company we're going to call.

My move from MA to SC

Everyone is effective, skilled and respectful. Everything was handled quickly, and both Bill and Laura responded in short order. The loading and unloading were going smoothly. Everyone showed up on time as the moving coordinator had been notified by Laura. Everyone I've been in contact with was nice. I can't thank all of you enough to make my move a little stress free. I recommend that anybody who is looking for a moving company reach out to them
