Efficient and professional service. A well-organized moving crew. One item, a bookcase, was chipped while being stored or moved. Otherwise, everything went as planned. It was a pleasant experience. Mover stored my belongings for 7 weeks while I closed on a new house and installed new flooring and paint. The packing of fragile products was excellent. There was no breakage. Whitaker and Sons is a company I would suggest.

Worst Moving Experience Ever.

My recommendation is to avoid this firm. If you do hire them, be aware that you will be obliged to perform all inventory work yourself using their ambiguous online inventory form. Trying to figure out what is huge and what is medium is absurd, and they will not assist you in making a decision. I had to eventually supply images and measurements of my furniture, and they still got it wrong. They have no idea what you will need to load into boxes, but they nonetheless allocate you a number of them for your relocation. They suggest that going over a few boxes is common and not to worry about. Be advises being concerned. I passed through multiple "Trying to move Advisors" before agreeing to offer them a contract. I couldn't reach them again after they received the contract; they were either on vacation or off that day. Adam, my previous consultant, was a manager. He told the worst untruth of them all. I was quite clear in informing him that my furniture was not to be removed from the truck that picked it up until it was delivered to me. He told me that it would not be removed from the truck. When I questioned about my delivery date, he indicated that I should ask the driver when he picked up the furniture. The driver did request that I give him with a date on which I would be available to get my belongings, and I gave him no more than five days. My furniture was delivered directly from the pick-up location to a warehouse in Chicago, where it was held. My pickup date was August, and I have not received my items. It's strange because I've yet to see a vehicle with the Whitaker and Sons emblem on it from Michigan came to take up my possessions in Michigan and deliver them to North Carolina. The moving quote I accepted for my move from Michigan to North Carolina was $7850.00, but it ended up being $9600.00. This relocation did not include any equipment. In addition to the additional price and inconvenience of having to spend over $1800.00 on meals and hotel as a result of the delayed delivery. I would advise you to avoid these individuals. I'd never let them relocate me across the block, let alone across the country, again.

Spotless

Whitaker and Sons did an excellent job with my recent relocation. They have all of the necessary equipment to pack and move my belongings in a pristine manner. The movers were also pleasant, which is almost unheard of in the moving industry. Whitaker and Sons, on the other hand, is a unique company. They have undoubtedly brought sanity to the sector, and I wholeheartedly endorse them.

Whitaker and Sons, you have made my life so much easier. I am grateful to everyone on your team who helped me relocate to New York in one of the most smooth moves I have ever experienced. We didn't have to argue or raise our voices throughout the motions since Whitaker and Sons were in command. They had resolved to do it, and they went for it as if the company's fortunes relied on it.

Totally apart from all the others.

I recognize it when professionals take entire responsibility for the task assigned to them. I appreciate it when they communicate assertively because it gives me hope that something greater and more valuable than my money is on the way. Last week, I witnessed the same thing with Whitaker and Sons. When I hired them, they offered me reasons to be grateful rather than regretful. They provided me a reason to grin rather than frown. Working with them is still going.

Relocation

They taught me that relocation is more than just shifting items from one area to another. Society taught me that Highway delivery includes much more than simply transporting goods securely to their final destination. Moving is nothing without skill and efficiency, something that Whitaker and Sons staff exhibited admirably. I want to congratulate you on a done job.

Satisfaced

I've moved three times in the last five years. I used various service providers to assist me in all three relocations. The first two were okay, but the third was exceptional. They provided relocation services that were remarkable. Everything was wonderful from the beginning to the conclusion. It's the kind of experience that every client wishes they could have.

Speedy and at time

They were really speedy and helpful. Loading and unloading was just a snap, and they took great care with my furniture, wrapped and correctly positioning everything so that nothing broke or became soiled during the transfer. They arrived on schedule and made my relocation much more joyful than if I had done it on my own.

Capable company

When you involve experienced people in what you need to do perfectly, you will never find any problems. Experienced companies such as Whitaker and Sons are very few to disgusted. They are well defined and they know all the needs of their clients and how to please them. I hired them to make it easier for me to move from New York to West Virginia, and they only did it. Whitaker and Sons have shown themselves to be very competent of any duty. I love how well-established they are.

Cordial movers

Since I've had my experience with Whitaker and Sons, it's always been great to get their services. They are courteous and close to their customers. I am pleased that the long chain has been cut short. They're just a call away every time I require them. Whitaker and Sons is the relocation you can rely on. It's a habit in them to let their customers down. No one is like them, sure.
