Fantastic movers

The movers were fantastic. Very courteous and competent. My wife and daughter were really satisfied with the entire procedure as they were relocating our daughter. My wife was so amazed that she gave each of them a significant tip. Prior to the transfer, we were in constant contact via email, verifying all aspects of the move. Thank you to everyone at We-MoveU for their efforts.

Excellent service

Over the last five years, We-MoveU has done an excellent job coordinating the moves I've requested. They are excellent ambassadors for your firm. All of the movers have been wonderful. I have been quite pleased with the service that everyone at them and Truck has provided to me over the years, and I will continue to use them for any future relocation.

Bad experience

The pick-up took place the day after the actual pick-up day. There wasn't even a phone call to say they weren't coming. I waited for over 4 hours. On the day of pick-up, we discovered that the estimate was undervalued, so we ended up paying $1000 more. I had no idea that adding kids' bicycles, a nightstand, and smaller boxes would result in so much more cubic footage. It appeared to be a sales tactic to give customers a lower price so they would buy more.

Dishonest company

Sadly, this has been complicated from the start. Prices have risen twice, once at pick-up and once at delivery. A police report was filed after money was stolen from our home during pick-up. Because the cost has risen by thousands of dollars, our items are currently being held for delivery. The salesperson is on vacation - we are professional women, and we provided all information and the number of stops/loops. to obtain accurate pricing and assistance from the start We chose this company in part because of their BBB accreditation. Now we are being charged for another stop in the same city ($1100 - this information was provided at the time of estimate and coordination of move). This was only a partial relocation from Maryland to Florida. I'm sure there are great businesses out there, but this isn't one of them.

This move from North Carolina to Kansas was extremely dangerous for us. We had a lot of delicate items, especially from my wife's mother's glass collection. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which was a huge relief because I'm always the one who gets blamed when something goes wrong, ha ha. The company was both timely and professional. I would definitely use them again. Oh, and my items arrived in good condition as well.

Great movers

I'm always hesitant to pay for a moving company, but the ease and confidence I felt with We Move U was well worth it. The movers were courteous and seemed to care about my experience, and everyone involved in the move was on time. All of my belongings arrived undamaged, and the condition of the boxes indicated that the movers had handled them with care. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding job

My boyfriend and I recently relocated from Massachusetts to New Jersey with We Move U. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The communication was excellent, and the pick-up and delivery were both on time. The men we worked with were pleasant and accommodating to all of our requests. They were very understanding and careful, considering we had a lot of boxes and large furniture items. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent value for money. We'd use them again and highly recommend them.
