she was caring and kind and empathetic and always took my call regardless how trivial. Our movers Calen and Phillip were a continuation of that professionalism. They were careful and kind as well and treated our furniture as their own. It was our pleasure to work with them and get to know them on a personal basis. Since this move was by choice, they worked hard to keep the stress low and the joy high. My husband and I will remember this positive experience for years to come and would highly recommend we care for you moving company

They arrived on time despite of being a rainy day and they drove a full size truck. The team was fast, worked nonstop and followed all the instructions I gave without attrition. Upon arrival to my new place they protected the carpet before moving the furniture in. For a seamless moving experience, this is the company you want to work with.

Please learn from my mistakes and take your business elsewhere. Damaged/filthy items, a $3600 price increase, nonresponsive or rude customer support, horrible claim process, and refusal to participate in arbitration. One year of seeking resolution and nothing to show for it. This business provided moving services for my family’s move in June/July 2023. Here are my complaints: 1. They charged my $3600 more than my binding estimate and informed me of the increase AFTER everything was loaded into their truck. I had to pay the full charge in order to recover my belongings. 2. They took very poor care of our items, many items were damaged, and most items required significant cleaning. 3. Their claim process was very poor. Customer support was unresponsive throughout the process and their final settlement offer for damages was $137 (I estimate the cost is closer to $1500). The settlement offers didn't acknowledge or address my overcharge claim. 4. They have refused my request for an arbitration hearing, even though my claim is for less than $10,000. This is a direct violation of federal regulations. I feel strongly that this business should not be permitted to continue offering their moving services.
Terrible
All I can say is just don’t. The initial impression when booking the move was great however at the end of the day it was a disaster. We had to pay more as the initial quote was underestimated. Our items left Florida and arrived in Arizona much later than was quoted. We had many items damaged, including a large brand new tv. We had missing items which I reported to the company MULTIPLE times and yet never got an answer. All people I spoke to said they would look into the missing items and yet I never heard back from anyone.

They were flexible and friendly as well. We are very impressed with the level of efficiency they brought to our move. I have to add that the company on a whole was so patient as we navigated through a torturous closing process. We had hold-ups and several date changes. Each time I called to make an adjustment or reschedule, they were so accommodating! We highly recommend using this moving company. I give them a stellar rating!

Here's how my mattress showed up. It was a shiny new $5,000 King Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid that I bought about a year before I moved. They had another company handle the move, and when things went south, they didn't take responsibility. I wrapped up the mattress before it was shipped out, but when it arrived, it was uncovered, dirty, and moldy, which wrecked my warranty. I basically lost all the money I spent on it. We had no choice but to leave it outside because it was drenched and weighed a ton from soaking up water. I've got a bunch of videos showing the whole mess in detail. The so-called insurance offered me a measly $62. Seriously, take a look at this mess and tell me what excuse they have for this. To top it off, the delivery was late by about two weeks.

Listen!! Mike and his team were OUTSTANDING! I literally called him on a Saturday after 6pm and he had his team booked for me the next at 9am! It was an AMAZING experience for me. They did an unloading job for. It took me 9 hours to load and took them 45 MINUTES to empty the 26 foot truck I rented! They stayed to help organize. Minimum 3 hours and it was WELL worth it! Next time I move I know EXACTLY who I am calling!! Can’t thank you guys enjoy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you Mike, Edgar and the team!

Excellent from start to finish in our small, cross-town move. Scheduling was efficient, they were available on short notice, easy to communicate with, clear on pricing. The movers were on time, easy to work with, and they did the job in less time than estimated. I would hire them again. A great value.

Amazing company
I needed last minute moving services and they had movers available for next day service. Rachel the sales manager, was so accommodating and helpful. Also, she was friendly and had good energy. Rachel answered all my questions and explained things in a way I could understand. Her professionalism and diligence helped me feel less stressed about the move. Tito and crew arrived on time and made the moving process so smooth. They were very professional and knowledgeable on how to move correctly. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
