Bad service, don´t hire them!
The truck arrived a day and a half late, and it was a Budget rental truck. Because they didn't speak very good English, interaction between us and the driver/assistant was difficult. After five and a half hours, they had the truck loaded and informed me of the news. My estimate had more than doubled from what I had expected. Because we were already a day late, I had to sign the paperwork so we could get on the way. It took me three days to talk to someone at company about this. The day of delivery arrived. Two different drivers and a separate truck. So my belongings had been reloaded onto another truck. My belongings were in pretty bad condition. Boxes had been smashed, and items had gone missing.
Better than expected
I found Virgin Van Lines after researching a number of moving firms. The first phone call gave me the idea that I was at the right place. Nice, informative, respectful, and most of all, truthful!! They were prompt in picking up my belongings and even earlier in delivering them. There were no damages to any of my items, which is quite important to me because I have a lot of Estate pieces. Don't even consider using a different moving company. Virgin Van Lines provided me with what I needed and more.
