Poor service

This business is abusive in its own way. They have provided extremely bad service. They didn't arrive on time for our agreement, days late, actually. They pressured me to pay the rest of the balance under duress days before the rest of my stuff arrived. I was assured credit, but they were silent radio answering emails (over 20) and MGMT refuses to speak on the phone.They didn't even reply to the BBB complaint, I can only imagine because they didn't want to lie in writing, and they didn't have any argument for my complaint. Below is the email I've been asking you to reply to for months and more than a dozen emails. All of them, The purpose of this email is to inform Vector Moving of the following information: 1.) Obtain contact details (email and phone) from the Vector Moving Manager or the President in charge of the Vector Moving Supervisor (Johnny or otherwise). Repeated requests for contact details were not completely answered. 2.) Notify Vector Moving that I have signed the agreement hesitantly and paid the remaining balance under pressure. Contradictory to details revealed at the time of booking, I was informed by the subcontractor transporting part of my belongings that he was unable to unload the truck without full payment as per his instructions from Vector Moving. 3.) Demand a full refund of $5,850.00, not counting damages. 4.) Inform Vector Moving that our own possessions (bedding) have been used by the movers to wrap our belongings and electronics without our permission. a. A decorative rug was used to cover wooden furniture b. A bedspread was used to wrap a mirror c. The TV was not put in a TV case; it was thrown into a box surrounded by a bed, and the box was not locked.

Wonderful work

They were a little late, but they contacted and told me about the time. Guys were very cordial and went straight to work. They took good care of my stuff, and the price is impressive! I would definitely recommend them if you moved to the NJ area and suggested them to mates. Thank you guys!

Smooth move

They were really cordial, very effective, they were meticulous, and they did all in one day, because I had to switch from Paramus to Cape May. There was no harm, and the cost was the lowest price, there was a little variance in the price, because the timing was a little bit over, but it still came within a few hundred dollars of their quote, so I was very pleased.

Greatest move company

I hired with Vector Moving, and I have to say that I am so pleased by this business. We had a small move but we also had some very heavy and complicated parts to bring up stairs. The movers were courteous and respectful, and they never gave up when things got rough for them. There were no secret fees and everything was up front and honest. I'm so happy that we've found this company. Moving is really stressful, but they really helped things easy for us. Ok, thank you once more. I would recommend this business to someone else. Look no further, you're not going to go wrong with these guys!!
