Long distance move

I can't get someone at Vanguard to get my calls back to the status of the load. Where are my things? The only thing I get is a message machine. The van was expected to be shipped to my new place today, but I can't figure out where the truck is. The mover, Ivan, was amazing at pick up and carry. But there's no touch at all after that. Support?

Move from CA to NV

My family and I had to move from Sacramento to Las Vegas, so we called the Vanguard Long Distance Movers Team and they did a great job. A lot of my things were very fragile and delicate, and they promised me that they would take care of it. Both of these things came in exactly the same way as the day I purchased them. My entire family was profoundly impressed by their professionalism and commitment to ensuring that we received the best service. I would recommend that everybody use these guys!

Moving experience

I did a google search to see the Vanguard van Lines feedback, asked for a quote, and got a call the next day. The price was very fair, and a week later they were available to move me. It really has been a wonderful day of moving around the country. The guys were on schedule, and they went straight to work. They wrapped the way in to prevent damage, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They were competent, respectful, and they didn't waste any time. They also deducted the time they had taken to eat lunch, which was a pleasant surprise to me. Special thanks to the moving team: Boris, Edgar and Luis-I would recommend this long-distance Vanguard crew to everyone.

My move

I used a state-of-the-art long-distance moving company that was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a moving company. Movers arrived to my  home 10 minutes early and quickly put all my things away. Not only were the long-distance movers on schedule, but they also successfully moved all my possessions with no loss. In my view, the expense of the transfer was very adequate; there were no hidden expenses in the bill and my credit card was approved. I never met such nice people; they didn't make me raise a finger. They even took my purse to my car for me. It was a very good experience to have this company move my things to my new home.

Long-distance move

Not only did it cost me $14,000, but because the broker said I was living in a small truck apartment with one guy, so he had to take a second small truck and fill my 3 bedroom 2 ba home alone. I'm a day late now. Since I already paid for 2 vehicles, I asked my stuff not to be moved to a larger truck, but not only did my stuff get destroyed, I had a few items missing.After Vanguard kept playing me around for 3 months, I was advised to turn it into insurance. All this began in March 2019 and there was still no payout from the insurance provider. This is going on for 8 months. Be careful to move and trust a moving business. I think my only other thing is to turn Vanguard and the insurance firm into BBB.I might not be paid for what I've lost, but it's going to be on record. Never ever, ever again. Should have bought a U Haul for what I paid for this mess.
