Grateful

There's no need to look for another moving company! Even if you require storage services, US Household & Moving will take care of everything. I've found a moving company that I can count on for the rest of my life. While some moving firms will take advantage of you, these men truly taught me on how to have a successful relocation. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Terrible experience

This company would charge you a few thousand dollars to post your transfer to a national list where actual movers will bid on taking the job and doing the actual work. Our interaction with US Hosehold Moving was a classic bait and switch. They will give you a low-ball quote in order to get you to sign up with them, and when an actual moving company arrives at your home, the actual moving company will have you sign all new quotes and papers with far higher prices - at which point US Household will wash their hands of you. Our "agents" initially seemed to be very interested in assisting us with our relocation, but never really did anything. After a few weeks of that sham, they've simply ghosted us, refusing to respond to emails or phone calls. I would have rather burned two thousand dollars than do business with these people. You have been warned.

Great customer service

Oh my goodness!! I'm so relieved that our transfer is finally over and that we can put this behind us. As a result of US Household Moving's efforts, this has been a pleasant experience with no big headaches. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with Chris Peterson, who was ALWAYS able to discuss all of my questions, comments, and worries. If you're considering moving, US Household Moving and Storage is the ONLY choice I can suggest.

Stay Away!

Please be careful!! BUYER BEWARE!! You should completely avoid these con artists. Do yourself a favor and look for a genuine and reputable moving company; they are not. In reality, they are not a moving company at all, but rather a middleman who tacks on 100% and subs out a moving company before walking away. They took advantage of my wife's absence to manage information in a dishonorable manner. I won't go into detail, but here are some of the characteristics you might anticipate. At highest, inaccurate, shady, and most definitely crooked.

I would use them again!!

After my experience with US household moving, I will never use another mover again. They are really accommodating to all of my requirements and understand what we were looking for. With so many fragile things, I wanted my belongings to be handled with extreme caution. The United States' household moving and storage services are up to the task. In addition, we saved some money, which is always a plus. I choose these movers over others because they are qualified, communicate clearly, and conform to deadlines. They are also reasonably priced, which was a major consideration for us. An A+.

Nice move

We were pleased with the services provided by US Household Moving and Storage. Our contact has been excellent, and we have saved a significant amount of money. After a long and exhausting journey for various moving options, I discovered US Household online. I'm happy I did because I'm not sure what I'd do if I didn't. They always return my calls to update me on the status of my transfer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
