Poor business.
Do not use this firm. It is a shambles. They dispatched a vehicle with a padlock on the main rear entrance but neglected to bring the key. They were unable to utilize the lift-gate (and main truck door) as a result of their utter irresponsibility, and they ruined numerous items of furniture. When I try to contact them, they are unhelpful and refuse to accept responsibility. Please contact me through private message if you had a similar experience, since I will most likely have to settle this in court and would like to make this a class action. There was once a piece of furniture that they opted not to transport at all and refuse to deduct it from my charge - pure scam. Do not deal with them - they are not worth your time!

Reliable Moving Service
The whole process of moving went so well and without any trouble thanks to Shleppers! The movers were very careful with everything and didn’t waste any time (even with 4 and 3 flights of stairs). The service and communication is great between the company and the customer. They made sure to help me in every aspect of moving into a new place and left me very satisfied! A trustworthy company for sure.

All of our furnishings were damaged.
Almost all of our furnishings was ruined. We relocated from Manhattan to Brooklyn and rented a storage unit for a week. The only insurance they provided was at a cost of 60 cents per pound. There is a large dent in our wood console, a damaged door in that console, a hole in our Aeron chair, and at least half of the feet on every item with leveling feet have come off. The movers made no attempts to assist. In fact, we believe they were aware of the damage but chose not to inform us - definitely something was spilled on the console - because they fled fast after we tipped them and we did not understand the extent of the damage until we peeled all of the blue plastic wrap.
Be Alert, Beware
If you want your belongings to arrive securely, their packaging staff is unrivaled. However, when all of the bids for our relocation from California to Texas came in around $25,000,Unlimited Moving's pricing was just $14,000. I said, "I'll take it." That gives me a total of 11k issues covered. Just be aware that they pull a bait-and-switch on you, since they had methods of pushing their fee up to over $20,000 when all was said and done, not to mention thousands in gratuities, which I was glad to pay. The final conclusion is that we received all of our items delivered ultimately and in one piece, so despite their purposeful deception, I still saved roughly 20%.
Abysmal service
This firm just relocated my belongings from California to Texas. Communication was abysmal. They dispatched movers who did not have the necessary paperwork to enter the base, so more workers had to be sent the next day. Then they were expected to be in Texas on a Monday, but they didn't arrive until around noon on Wednesday. When it arrived, there was just one man in his 60s to unload the vehicle. So he hired a boy off the street to assist him in moving all of my belongings into my apartment.

POOR SERVICE
TO GET GOOD SERVICE AT ELITE MOVING & STORAGE, I GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE FAMOUS! If I could, I would give them a "0" star. They arrived one hour late (in a Penske "rented" truck). There was no response from the team or the main office. On the day of the transfer, all attempts to contact the office were received with voice mail, which has yet to be answered. The first 15 minutes were spent organizing/preparing the boxes and other stuff already on the truck in order for my items to be loaded. I was paid $99 per hour (for a four-man staff of whom only three worked and the other "supervised"), which means I spent $25 watching them perform something that should have been done before they arrived. I was "asked" to pay and sign a slew of paperwork before they could finish the transfer. I was hesitant to do so, but being a single woman and having to deal with four men while relocating was scary. Finally, they did not complete all of the hours/time I was invoiced for, and they destroyed my property and personal stuff. Don't be fooled by celebrity endorsements; they just suggest that you have to be "famous" to obtain exceptional treatment.
It was terrible
They shattered everything. They claim it isn't their responsibility and refuse to pay for any of it, and now they won't contact me back. I need to find out who owns the property or hire a lawyer.
It was a dreadful experience.
The receptionist or coordinator is impolite and disrespectful. We don't know where our items are right now, and we're not sure when we'll get them. It's been 14 days, and we're still staying in a motel, expecting to receive our stuff soon. This firm is not legitimate and is a rip-off. Never, ever utilize these services!
Hunger and Starved
Horrible experience; definitely choose a reputable firm. They are quick to steal your money, yet they are ghosts. Late. I'm running late, this is a lying company I think that i should give them zero stars and put them in a control of DOT or maybe the BBB

Worst company I've ever hire
The worst moving experience I've ever had. Arrived at 8:30 p.m. on the scheduled arrival time of 4 a.m. They failed to deliver an item and are refusing to replace it. This will set me back $800.00. Use these scumbags at your own risk.
