Scammers
FRAUD! Stay away. Don't trust Nick, Dylan, Bob, Rob, or any other person working there. Don't sign any contract l! They're going to lie to you and make you sign a deal, but they're going to charge you over the actual move. If that were possible, I would rate this company with 0 star.
Excellent service
I just received my delivery from IL to FL, and I have to mention this is the second time I've used the United Relocation Group, and this is the second time everything went smoothly without any problems!! Great competent movers who have worked too hard for a true professional, thank you Regg M.
Cross country move
On May 8, 2017, United sent 3 men, Ramone, Chris, and Surgio, home in Illinois to pack everything for their shipment to New Mexico. It was a wonderful experience to have these men packed for us in our house. They were really professional, polite, cordial. We would like to thank Reggie, Stacie and all their bosses for the way they handled us all.
Do not hire this company
This company, represented by Jason, offered guaranteed pricing (it was a lie), damaged and/or missed a variety of things, and then placed their third party loss insurance company to deliver just 60 cents per pound, with the promise of Total Substitution! They lie, they cheat, they steal. The worse experience ever before! These people deserve to be zero stars!
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Illinois like United Relocation Group have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
