Their customer service was excellent, they were very clear when answering my questions, and they always responded quickly. The team of movers also did an excellent job. I recommend their services!

HORRIBLE!

They sent to my house some movers from an unknown company, and they stole more than half of my things! When we call the company they keep telling us that they are trying to communicate with the movers but it is useless. Nor are they going to give us any compensation for our things. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. 4 months have passed, and I am still struggling to get my things back.

Great Movers!

The workers of this company were very punctual and professional, I have no complaints! They were very careful with my things and even helped me assemble them. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

Long distance move

Stay away from U.S Standard! They are brokers and they subcontracted a group of movers who were not even authorized to make moves! They are very dishonest when it comes to the estimated price, and I ended up paying much more than double what they had quoted me at the beginning. And last but not least, many of my things were lost, and others arrived broken. A total lack of responsibility!

horrible service

You give them your deposit and they only hire inexperienced movers to look for your things. They came to my house in a super small truck full of other people's things. Called the company and canceled the move. Obviously they refused to reimburse my deposit. Be careful!

Bad experience

The sales guy told me that he would be with me throughout the process, but as soon as he made the sale he disappeared. When the truck arrived, I realized they are brokers. The truck driver tripled the price of my move and I couldn't wait any longer to move so I had to pay him. The days passed and I called the customer service several times and did not receive information about my things until I finally received a call from the truck driver saying that my things would arrive the next day. The truck was horrible, and a lot of my stuff got wet and broken. Save money and do not hire this company

Scam scam scam

This company is a bag of lies. I spoke with them a lot to make sure there were no extra charges or hidden fees, they promised me that the price would not change. When they went to collect my things, a truck from a different company arrived, and obviously they wanted to charge me more money to do the pick-up. I canceled the move but lost my deposit.

Lousy service and communication

They forgot to put many things in the inventory so when the movers arrived they had to charge us much more for the extra items. They also forgot to tell us that they did not accept credit card payments and that caused many delays. We wanted to call the company to speak with the supervisor, but he was always "busy."

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT HIRE

All of their services were the worst. The communication was terrible, and they charged us more than the price they had quoted us. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
