THEY THIEVE YOUR ITEMS

U Pack Moving took my valuables. Long story short, they recall packing/unpacking a cash-valued item, their obligation seemingly ends there, and when it went missing the next day, they took two months to do nothing and hoped I would let it go. I think that they are a joke moving company

It was nice

The most essential aspect of U Pack business is that the pricing is somewhat lower than that of other movers. I looked at other moving firms, but these movers made it simple for us by offering us a wonderful bargain. They are my preferred movers. I would hire these movers again in the future and suggest them to everyone.

Good work.

I was recently forced to relocate from Texas to Colorado with only four days to hire a firm to assist me. I went right to work and came U pack. They were fantastic at going through everything with me and were able to accommodate my short window of time, which was a lifesaver. Overall, the relocation went really well. The only problem was that I was charged an additional $75.00 to relocate my 56" television. Aside from that, everything was flawless. I'd use them again.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I contacted to inquire about transporting automobiles from California to Texas. He told me that the pick-up would take place soon and that the delivery would take between 2 and 5 days. The automobile is still in California four days later, never picked up, and there is no chance it will be delivered on Monday as promised. They do not return phone calls, the customer service number is unanswered, and there are no apparent resolutions. I simply want my money returned so that I may go somewhere else.

Worst business

In my entire life, I have never been cheated, insulted, or treated poorly to this level that Upack did. I've gotten older after using this business; I never write reviews, but I don't recommend them at all. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Horrible experience

UPack is a deceptive and irresponsible moving firm. Their driver went off the road, causing my whole 26-foot load to fall from the front of the trailer to the very back wall. The bulk of my antique furniture and other possessions have been trashed, smashed, wrecked, or scratched. UPack told me that my belongings were "covered" as part of their charge if any harm occurred. However, after the damage was caused, they flatly declined to pay for their atrocities. If you hire these scumbags to move something, you will be sorely disappointed!

Damaged items

Moving with UPack is handy! BUT EVERYTHING WAS Damaged, Muddy, Dirty, or Otherwise Destroyed. According to the movers I recruited, "every trailer they opened from UPack looks like this." It seems that they ran it through a crusher, covered it in water, and then shoveled soil on it.

BEWARE

Horrible experience; I had to call and pressure repeatedly to get the truck to its destination. It was incredibly difficult to have to organize assistance while not knowing whether or where the truck would be shipped. A U-Pack Customer Service Representative lied to me about providing compensation for our dissatisfaction. If it were possible, I would rate -0 points.

They destroyed my belongings

We used Upack twice and will never do it again. We had water-damaged objects the first time. Expensive pieces such as a brand new queen-size mattress and box springs and several handcrafted quilts. We were able to dry them out, but I let it go and assumed it was a random occurrence despite my disappointment. Our entire household was on a truck in storage for seven months the second time. Moldy leather jackets, books, and who knows what else. I put my unpacking on hold to write this review. Never, ever again would hire this company!

Don't hire them!!!

We don't know where to start. We could go on and on about how much happened with them. They are really rude and disrespectful and have poor customer service. Everything is well before you're loaded onto the trailer and ready to go with these guys. After that, it's just downhill. They will mistreat you, lie to you, and even make those sarcastic remarks. We became extremely dissatisfied with these people and would never use them again. I strongly advise you to look for another business. Even though ABF is less expensive when you pack it yourself, it is NOT WORTH IT!! This firm would only cause you more headaches and stress. Get away from this Business!
