Entire experience huge waste and cost
Never hire someone to do something your 3 year old could do better. Way under estimated, overcharged, left items un moved, broke many things, didn't even bother to bring the pieces to put furniture back together Amd customer service replies with oh well to bad BEWARE

Consider it again
Trinity Van Lines are used for the second and last time. I like those who are forthright about an issue. A lie of omission occurs when something is not said. The "movers" who set up my bedroom never notified me about the scrape on the bottom of the dresser. He also damaged the cloth beneath the box spring and never notified me about it. Why keep this a secret? BE OUT IN FRONT! You think not telling me is going to cause me to rush around and suggest Trinity Van Lines? Consider it again. He was also unable to properly set up the bed. They had trouble reinstalling the drawer when they were setting up my desk. So, what exactly did Mr. Intellect do? He attempted to bend the drawer rails because he believed they needed to be bent. Request assistance from the customer. It is, after all, his desk. Finally, they were irritated because I charged the gratuity to my credit card. I offered to meet with the crew commander and provide him with money. He stared at me as though I had offended him and his family. He wasn't thrilled with the size of the tip. That's too horrible! As a result, Shleppers will not receive my business, nor will I suggest them to others.
Dreadful service and company!
The receptionist or coordinator is incredibly nasty and disrespectful. We don't know where our products are right now, and we're not sure when we'll get them. It's been 14 days, and we're still staying in a motel, expecting to receive our things soon. This firm is not legitimate and is a rip-off. Never, ever utilize these services!
Worst experience
This firm should not be used. They are the most heinous. My furniture is broken, I'm missing stuff, and I'm sleeping on someone else's bed. They are uncommunicative and uninterested in your belongings. You pay for it to be picked up, it goes to their warehouse, you pay for it to be picked up from there, and you pay again when it is delivered. Not at all what was mentioned in my initial contract. This firm is a bunch of liars.
Beaware with them.
I received my quotation and scheduled my relocation to secure the pricing. I was informed, and it's written in my contract, that I had 72 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. I canceled within an hour since my husband had already made a reservation. It's been a week and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried several times but have received no response. I am now out $1000 and will not be utilizing them to relocate. Keep your distance!

My experience
The move went very nicely, a truck and one of the guys came sooner than expected. It is not clear, however, why I was charged for that early arrival. In general, the process was well-organized and the furniture was treated with care. A side note is that the guys came to the destination later than the truck and could move a little faster. (But of course you don't expect them to run with your boxes and furniture, especially when they have hourly rates). We didn't move the appliances, too, and I could barely imagine how much time it would take for two guys to move the appliance from the second floor. Has not had experience with other moving companies, so 4 out of 5 is a fair rating from my point of view.
Satisfied with the service
I definitely recommend Trinity Van Lines to you. They were punctual, polite, and highly professional. The problem was well resolved to move large, heavy pieces with care and took the time to organize items as they were loaded and unloaded. These guys are going above and beyond to please the customer. I couldn't have been happier. Make them your movers!
My move from NY to FL
I've moved to Melbourne Florida from Long Island NY. Thanks to Jay for all his help with this move! He was absolutely helpful from the beginning to the end. Moving is a pain in my ass, and I've had to do it a few times, and I'm going to say that Jay and the people over at Trinity were Amazing and helped make it less stressful!! I highly recommend these guys to you! They're doing a great job! I'm hoping this is my last move, but if It doesn't, I'm calling them again!
Confused my move
Scheduled our move through Trinity 3 weeks ago. We have been told that another family from our area was moving to the same state, and that our stuff would be loaded onto a 53 ft truck by 8-15/8-16. We were told that we would receive a call a week before the date of our move, and a day before we would pick up. It never happened. Today (moving day) at 6 p.m., two young guys showed up in Uhaul moving trucks! Don't write about our conversation with them. But we were going ahead and sending them on their way. It's absolutely the worst experience ever. Don't use them for ARTISTS!
Long distance move
Thank you Jay and Dana for a good job on our second move from Los Angeles to Palm Beach, FL. As restaurant owners, we know the importance of customer service that has led to a repeat of business and positive reviews. We've got 1 more move to go next month, and we highly recommend any business to consider Trinity Van Line. In all honesty, Nicholas Mora & Family
