Run away from this Moving Company SCAM!!!
I hired this company from San Bernardino County, Ca for a long-distance transfer. Towards Baton Rouge La. I told Tyler's sales representative from the very first meeting that I couldn't be available on a certain date and time but would have A.M. Availability. Availability. Tyler settled with A.M on two dates. Pick-ups. Pick-ups. I was then told the next day to inform no A.M. The pick was available on scheduled days, so I would not need to change my pick - up. I agreed on a new day of pick - up, since then, and my things are still in my garage. When I realized that they were picking up third party contractors, I contacted the third party seller directly so that I was advised that everything I was told was not valid and that Trinity Van Lines does not have the access to its database and therefore could not make any promises. DO NOT COMPAIN or you're going to be fooled.
BAD Moving Company
The Trinity members were very kind and polite during my initial reservation. But once my deposit was paid for in the contract, they set me up a disastrous series of movers. These movements were late, my cargo rough, damaged my apartment walls, and all left cigarette buttd in my driveway. When I contacted Trinity to complain, they passed the buck to the movers and they helped little. I booked this move on the reputation of Trinity. I didn't realize that Trinity would hire the job to the lowest bidder. Do not make my mistake. Do not make my mistake. Search elsewhere. Look elsewhere.
Do Not use Trinity
Trinity Van Lines use brokers, so they do not want to connect with I they lie and won't help you at all after selling your contract to another organization. I sold our deal to the most unprofessional moving company, Insync Movers, Inc. They lost our new 500 dollars mattress and they plan to pay us 50 dollars. Lost some other things and destroyed some china and glass. You give you a quote, and then change it and you pay much more for the awful service. The whole transfer was a nightmare. Do not trust this company or Insync Movers, Inc. or do business in it. this Moving company is a scam They will lie to you do not pick them!!!
