Highly recommended

I always going to suggest Trig Moving Business, the service is second to none. They are polite and supportive staff. Really strong management and good coordination. We've struggled with nothing but driving to our new house. I'd   recommended them again and again.

Trig Moving and Storage move

I relocated with Trig Moving & Storage after a friend of mine referred them to me. I just can not thank her enough, it was all in one piece, and not a single thing was damaged. The guys were friendly, respectful and clean as they moved things in and out of the truck. Will probably go back with them and recommend them back to my friends!

Stressful

-Unprofessional and painfully unhelpful customer service. -Transfer was advised in the afternoon of the day before the move. -Apply for the first day of delivery, which will take at least another 2 weeks to obtain my belongings -Ended to be paid 50 percent more than quoted. ($4k vs. $6k) even though we had 95 percent of the pieces in size. I'm absolutely sorry I've ever had to do business with them.

Don't use this company

Don't hire this company!!!! We relocated from California to Texas, they were late and they destroyed our mattress and our bed, they damaged two legs, a phone, both lights on my Husband's motorcycle and put it on its side, they're rude, arrogant and disrespectful, we paid $12,000 which included disassembling and reassembling all the things, and the man refused to reassemble our stuff. The staff told us that the client had 23 missing items before, I'm sure we've got some things lost, and they've also given us other customer items. He didn't pay the driver for the 18 wheeler, and they were arguing inside and outside my house, and the driver had to call the police. I am taking them and the broker Quality move to court.
