Don't hire this company, they're scammers!!
I'm writing this review after having a terrible experience with Travel Van Lines while moving clothing, electronics, signed Yankees baseballs, and other items from Mt Kisco, NY to Phoenix, AZ. There were a limited number of boxes. I knew I was going to pack myself. I also inquired if plastic containers were appropriate. My contact Jacobi NEVER TOLD ME that if they do not pack boxes, they are not responsible for any damage. FRAUD- there was both. I explained everything, including the apartment t building moving from and the house moving to—friends were present. The day picked up, and there was immediately talk of a fee from the apartment. To get from the elevator to the truck, there is an extra fee. But this was nothing compared to the fact that my belongings had survived. Boxes had been specifically opened and cherrypicked for nice/valuable objects at a high cost. Only one of two Sonos Soundbars are available. In roots, all packaging arrived at a cost of $700. I had a few coveted purses, and they were all gone! Brew had been opened in a well-wrapped and taped box baseball case. Few Yankees baseballs are also cherished. Aaron Judge, for example. When the package arrived, it was obvious that they had opened it and then retaped it shut. This is illegal. Daisy told me that she would talk with the owner. Never got a call back, chased her down, and was told "unless they packed," there was nothing they could do. She was conscious of two Sonos soundbars when I first spoke with her last week, but not today. There is no manager or owner available. In essence, I have no recourse against them. They were deceptive and more, but my loss of important, cherished possessions and the final cost of the transfer were considerably higher than expected. AND NOW I'VE PAID FOR THINGS THAT DIDN'T SHOW UP. Telling me that you've "had issues" with that crew isn't going to help me. Misinformation from the beginning- they were never told if they did not pack no coverage loss. NONE.
Trustworthy
One of the best things that could happen to you is having this organization assist you with your move. They are so kind and are always willing to help with any issue. Everything delivered intact and on time. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to relocate.

Best customer service
This business has made relocating to a new home easy and painless. The staff here were extremely professional and courteous, and they met all of my requirements. All of my items arrived on time and in the same condition that I had received them. Highly recommended for those looking to relocate.
Long distance move
I had just begun a new job and wanted to get started as soon as possible. I'd been in Indiana for ten years and had acquired a ton of garbage. I still had a house full of things after going through what I wanted and didn't. Travel Van Lines was suggested by a friend. This was my first major step, and I had no idea what to expect. With their prompt and courteous service, the company and its employees put me at ease. Everyone was professional and respectful, and the move was fast and seamless. I don't want to move again, but if I do, Travel Van Lines will be my first option.
Destroyed our belongings
This company, Travel Van Lines AKA We Move U, with whom we contracted and paid nearly $11,000 to manage our move, not only caused damage to our rental property but, also misplaced and destroyed many of our things. They lost our laundry station, which was on the truck but never got it into the building. Many of the walls have smudges and scratches, as well as filthy handprints, and we must now repaint them at our cost. And the list goes on. They advised us to submit a claim to Anthem Claim Management. Anthem informed us that they were unable to process our claim because they did not have a contract with Travel Van Lines. So we were tricked once more.
