Lowball estimate
Where do I begin? They underprice you on your cubic feet and then try to charge you more space on the day of the move. When our furniture came, the majority of it was damaged, and they had misplaced all of the components for our beds. The driver left, saying that someone will contact us. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this relocation business. This was my first and last experience with them. Never, ever again
My move
Major Van Lines' estimate was higher than others, but I chose them since I wanted to relocate without stress. Unfortunately, they made a lot of promises and underdelivered. I was promised it would take 10 days, but it really took 20 days for my items to arrive. I decided to give them an average rather than a dissatisfying rating because all of my items eventually arrived and only a couple of glasses and bowls were broken in transit, and I noticed that a couple of my boxes had extra tape and wrap around them, giving me the impression that some care was taken while my items were in transit.
Good Job
Moving is a stressful experience, so it's crucial that anyone you're dealing with keeps things orderly. Transit Moving Systems and their team went above and above to assist us with our move and make it as smooth and straightforward as possible. They were a little bit late, but the rest of it was great. There were no additional fees or charges.
Thank you!!
Thank you for providing me with the greatest moving service. I can't express my gratitude enough. My possessions were moved to my new home with the assistance of Transit Moving Systems, and the whole thing went off without a hitch. They provided me with excellent service, inciting me to contact them again when I need to relocate goods. It's not about making promises you don't intend to keep. They fulfilled on all of their promises before I hired them, and I am quite pleased. They did a fantastic job! Thanks!

People make mistakes, and mistakes happen
we were supposed to relocate at 3 p.m., but no one came up. I phoned their offices many times, left two voicemails requesting communication, and finally gave up at 430pm. Before confirming our relocation, I chatted with you twice last week. We verified it on Thursday, and I provided him not only my phone number but also the direct contact for permission to enter the security gate. There are no excuses here. This might have been or one of his staff, but they severely wrecked our plans to move our entire house in September. People make mistakes, and mistakes happen, but honesty is essential in developing customer connections. It's a good thing we have backup movers and can relocate on Monday. I wish I'd read the other reviews on other websites where people claimed they, too, had a no-show. I'll know what questions to ask the next time.
Worse company ever.
They were trying to charge me for moving; the products arrived later than expected. Worse, many items were shattered or missing (furniture, pottery, etc). stolen and the company never found them or offered to look for them). A laptop computer, several high-priced prints, and vintage (collector's item) plates, as well as bank and personal records They, pressed me to return the items, claiming that if I handled the packing, it would not be a "professional" packing operation and would not be insured. As a result, they crammed the kitchen. Their "professional" packing job was to utilize grey sheets of paper - no bubble wrap or other protective materials - and just wrap everything in the paper, then dump them in haphazard into boxes; many things were broken in this manner. They outright lied to their possible customer about reviews I tried to put there after the move, threatening to get them to remove my review (they succeeded - and a number of their restricted reviews were written by friends). They changed its name only a few years ago, which is normally a red flag because it frequently suggests a company is concealing something, and they have complaints with the BBB.
Amazing move
It all started when the movers came in time, and I didn't expect it. They come and help, and they're always very kind and polite. The workers wrapped the furniture extra well and proceeded with caution to the fragile items. I really appreciate it! I liked what they did and I'm going to use the service when I need it!
Very satisfied
Excellent service and the two men are friendly professional tans. Called in front of the arrival and drop off-nothing was troubling you. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. The driver tracking feature is very useful. Happy to recommend Transit Moving Systems to you!
Very good move
Fantastic service from the beginning to the end. Very good price, too. It's the first time I've used this kind of service and I'm really happy with it-the next time I buy something big on the Transit Moving Systems rubber tree, it's going to get my business back.
Really nice
In all my previous moves, I've always been overcharged, nickel and dimmed, and I've had some kind of damage, but this time I've had a free movement hassle, and I've been thrilled to get delivered so quickly. The staff, too, was friendly and attentive. I'm so happy to use these guys! I'm going to recommend them!
