Unprofessional and bad service

I had a very poor experience with this company and would recommend that everyone avoid it. Initially, I worked with Alex, and she was awesome, helping to schedule my move on June 12, back on day 13. On the 11th, Jenn called me to see if my dates could be pushed to 14-15, I said no. She replied, well, we're not going to change your dates and make it work. I was under the impression that it meant that everything was fine. But the 12th came, and there were no movers. I called to see why I wasn't contacted for a 24-hour notice, and if that meant that the movers weren't coming tomorrow either, only after I called them, I was told that there were no movers coming because they couldn't get any scheduled ones. They offered me $100 off to push back my date as Jenn asked before, and I explained that it wasn't an option because I told her it wasn't. So I was left hanging on my move day with no heads up. I received an email from Jenn about 2:00 p.m. on the 12th that my refund would be processed and my order cancelled. Finally, on the 14th, I was sent another paper to sign to release my deposit. I wouldn't trust the timing of your date of move. It was extremely stressful and could have been avoided if they had just told me that they would not be able to service my move because of the dates and timing, instead of promising me that they would be able to take my deposit.

Do not hire!

Poor reviews with multiple complaints, better business office and other sources all making reference to the same thing that they give you one price almost double it in the end also missing items and destroyed and damaged non-ethical items within this company.
