Movers with No Previous Experience
They didn't include any tools, so we had to disassemble our beds ourselves. They pulled out furniture, leaving dirt stains and a hole in one of our couches. They tried to overcharge us for their lunch break and made many phone calls to their management about the pricing issue. The manager did, in fact, charge us the proper amount. They were not in uniform, as the website claims. They warned us that if they damage our televisions, the business will not pay to repair them or accept responsibility. So the next day, we went back to Orlando to relocate them with the assistance of others. This isn't a typical relocation procedure. The movers receive one star since they were really kind. They are unable to assist their firm since it gives no training, no equipment, and so on.
Excellent company
My mother was relocated into assisted living by Joe and Andriy, and the process went very smoothly. The movers were really sweet, and the whole process was completed by evening. Since I had flown in from out of town, it was especially helpful to have detailed information in advance about the services offered and pricing, so that I knew what to expect on moving day.
Really disappointed
My transfer was a disaster. Showed up late. They denied to move our belongings from the truck to the single-level storage unit with an outside entrance. My nephew was forced to transfer the items by himself. They had eight boxes of special keepsakes and things stolen. They mixed in someone else's belongings with mine. Top Notch lied and said they were sending assistance, so this other person had to travel 6 hours each way to pick up her things. They never looked for my belongings. I did not receive a refund (they offered a total of $6.00). They didn't even check anything off their own inventory list. Some things were destroyed. Again, no reimbursement. I made some phone calls that were not answered.

Companies that transport household goods within Florida like Top Notch Movers have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
