They delivered my things almost 2 weeks late and with thousands of dollars in damages. After 6 months, they offered me only $ 60 reimbursement for my complaint, as Tiger Movers Inc. is not responsible for things damaged by the unprofessional movers they hire.

Predatory Company, Stay Away
They make you believe they are doing your inventory on the phone. Liars. When the movers arrive they don't have any lists and they charge you whatever they want. Customer service is rude and negligent. Never call them!
Deception and Deceit
I've been trying to contact someone from this company for a long time but it's useless. They made my move one of the worst experiences of my life. They overcharged me, I had to rent an additional truck myself, there were a lot of hidden fees, my things arrived covered in rat feces and cockroaches, and they lost my new sofa. I have evidence and I hope it will help me.
ILLEGAL PRACTICES, STOLEN ITEMS, FRAUD
They charged me a lot of extra money to guarantee that my things would arrive intact. At the time of delivery, the boxes were wet and open, objects were missing and the furniture was damaged. It was more than $ 6000 in damages. Tiger Movers Inc. was never responsible. They are lying thieves!
Move from california to kansas
The movers demanded much more money because I "had more things than they thought", and they wouldn't start the job if I didn't pay them. It took them a long time to deliver my things, and when they did, they had lost my new giant screen TV. They only wanted to reimburse me $ 30.00 for that ... Be careful with the fine print on their contract.

Our HORRIBLE move!
We packed all of our stuff ourselves, and they still charged us for "packing material." We saved them a lot of work and they still overcharged us. Even on the day of the pickup, they arrived in a truck of the wrong size. Total disorganization, I do not recommend them.
Loss of wages for miss information
They have changed the delivery date of our things many times. My husband's tools are in that truck, so he has not been able to start working because of this company. They are irresponsible! We hope to receive our things soon, but we don't have much hope anymore.
BAIT AND SWITCH
Do not use this company. They overcharged me, broke some of my stuff, and lost a box. When I called to complain, they were rude and uncooperative.

Please think twice or maybe a dozen times
Apart from breaking several of my belongings, they lost 10 of my boxes !!! 10! This makes me think that they are not an honest company. When I contacted customer service, they said they would check their lost and found storage. After a few days, they gave up and didn't try to find my things anymore. Some of the things that were in those boxes had great sentimental value. A dishonest and unprofessional company.

Companies that transport household goods within New Jersey like Tiger Movers Inc. have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
