Relocating items

I spent $3900 to relocate from one side of town to the other. The packers were fantastic, and the packers couldn't be nicer. The office staff was also kind, and they worked with me when the mortgage firm had a snag near the finish. Everything else, on the other hand, was fantastic. They said they'd come and get the last of the boxes, that I could take my time unpacking, and that I shouldn't worry. I've attempted to get them to come to get the rest of the boxes, but they've said they can't because they're too busy. I was also instructed that I could load them into my car and deliver them. Instead of waiting for assistance, I would have moved them by now if I could. They left their moving clothing and had no problem returning them a week later. But now I'm stuck with boxes that I can't get rid of. As far as I'm concerned, the customer service for my $ 3900 is abysmal.
