Broken stuff - bad service

This company is inappropriate and has caused me a lot of suffering. The movers showed up without tools and asked them to borrow mine. Then the movers asked to stop working to buy more packaging material because they didn't get enough of them. Then the movers affected a few of my furniture items when they loaded the truck. Then the movers didn't unpack all of my stuff because it was almost 2am before they finished. George and Sheena refused to deal with my claims, and I had to hire a lawyer. They declined to respond to me and to my solicitor. I will make a complaint to the Delaware Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I'm also thinking about taking them to court to sue for damages. As you might imagine, I'm not recommending this company.

Stressless move

I used Shift Crew LLC to move from Wilmington to Bear on May 10. The contact with Sheena before the transfer was fantastic. She responded all my questions and was polite and kind to my requests. The quotation for the move was lower than the other 4 companies I contacted, and the Move Crew did an excellent job than the movers I used in the past. The total quoted was the same amount that I was billed. The movers showed up on time and worked cautiously packing up my belongings, including a glass dining table. They carefully put everything on the truck, arrived at our new home and carefully unloaded it all. They've reassembled what they've taken apart. I've got a professional (very heavy) butcher block prep table that had a loose/unpaired bottom rack that was too heavy for me to reshape. They even patched it for me and adjusted it right, which they didn't have to do. They didn't waste any time, they worked along fast but carefully and they were successful. I strongly recommend The Move Crew to you.

Smooth move
