Terrible and negligent service

We have been moved as executives a bunch of times, so we have experience with moving businesses. I'm writing this review so it won't happen to someone else again. Our property was robbed from their possession due to negligence. We hired them to pack our goods, place them in climate controlled storage, and then deliver our goods. This has not been done. They packed our belongings and parked the truck for a whole weekend. The truck had been left unsupervised. They did not place it directly in climate-controlled storage, as provided for in the contract. The truck had been robbed, and our goods had been stolen. The truck was recovered, but not our goods. HALF OF THE LIVE IS GONE! And they declined to give us a decent return for our loss.They also deny to deliver our products on the requested date. We need to get through our insurance right now. We are not in a position to make an insurance claim on time because they fail to deliver our goods on the requested date. With our things, there were two trucks. We gave them 3 weeks notice of the delivery date for the first truck.They say they're going to be two weeks late, and they're entitled to do so under the contract. The police report can be found with the San Leandro Police Department. They didn't do anything to help us with this robbery that happened because of their gross negligence.

Fair price, excellent service

These guys were fantastic; they were honest and responsible. Their rates were affordable, far lower than those of the major van lines. I did a virtual tour (video chat) instead of making a home estimate, since I was out of town. The inventory was exhaustive and the quotation was quite detailed. There were no secret fees. I paid exactly what I was estimated for, and I did not get any damages to report after delivery. The workforce was as effective and respectful as the team was. I will absolutely suggest them to my family and friends.

Flawless Job

I am very happy with my move.   Everything was done very well, moving from home to storage for a year, and then moving back to my new home. Nothing was either lost or damaged. The team was helpful, and they put everything where I wanted to. Couldn't have gone any better. A special thank you to the Spartan family for making it so easy.
