Smooth Move Smooth Scam

This company is a scam that writes its own reviews to cover the actual, bad reviews REAL customers post about them. They are totally helpless. In the beginning, they'll try to sell their services and contact you without interruption, but once you book, they'll be gone and you will be left wondering where your belongings are and won't call back. The belongings of my family have been lost for 2 weeks. We called, sent emails, but couldn't get anybody. It would have really been desirable due diligence if my family had read the reviews before choosing this company. Worst Moving Company

Perfect move

All my things were delivered to me in perfect condition, the movers were friendly and efficient. I am satisfied with their services.

Do not use their service!

Things were delivered with a long delay without any justification. They damaged many items, including office desks, chairs, kitchenware, etc. They refused to refund us and rarely answer our calls.

Goods delivered late; lost and damaged goods

They used three different 3rd party companies! So we had a lot of delays and misunderstandings. Many things were damaged and my valuable antique pieces were lost. I received a little compensation, but still, the overall experience was awful.

Cross-country Move

Compared to our other options they gave us an excellent price. They packed everything very well and were very careful in loading and unloading. They broke a window but repaired it themselves at no extra cost. It was a good experience working with them.
