Frauder company

Please be cautious and avoid doing business with this firm! They are a con. They will feed you a slew of falsehoods before taking your money and fleeing. We are a military family that engaged this firm to handle our relocation. They gave us a lot of quotes and pretended to be a moving business, even acting as if they were on the phone with their dispatch. We then discovered that they were only a brokerage firm. They offered us an estimate and then engaged the shadiest business they could find. They sent criminals to our house who didn't even have a driver's license since they couldn't enter the military installation. Sawgrass Moving And Relocation Inc, the firm they hired, tried to charge us an additional $11,000 when we were only supposed to pay $3000. We had to rent a vehicle and drive across the nation by ourselves. Now, a month later, despite the fact thatSawgrass Moving And Relocation Inc breached their contract, they refuse to repay us! Please avoid doing business with this firm.

Unethical job

'BEWARE!!' Worst moving business ever!! Scammers and liars!!  is the salesman for this firm (he is also the owner). Every single word he said was a lie!! Please do not put your confidence in these individuals; they are the worst!! Do not trust them, they are a joke.

Keep a safe distance from these clowns!

Never, ever use these people. They are very nice with you until they pick up your stuff and then gradually increase their fees till they deliver your items to you. My television was damaged, but they refused to accept responsibility for it. Also, I was eventually billed approximately three times the amount of their initial price, and they gave me the most Ridiculous excuses ever heard! I attempted to contact them in order to pay for the damage, but they never responded to my calls.

Scammers!

The price increased as soon as the furniture was loaded onto the truck. Despite the fact that the estimate was for two bedrooms, I just accepted one. Then they asked for additional money to be transferred to them, which I did. I have yet to see my furniture, Sawgrass Moving And Relocation Inc  Do not use this company for your move.

Workers who fail to deliver!

We hired Sawgrass Moving And Relocation Inc to transfer us around 12 miles from one property to another over two months ago. They assisted with packing materials, tape, and several sorts of boxes, but supplied NO contract and handled everything verbally! I was skeptical, and oh did I have reason to be!! We were 85 percent packed on the day of the move and still had a few things lose that they could have helped us pack for which I would have gladly paid more. These four young millennial males conducted a 5-minute tour of my house before abruptly walking to their pickup and driving AWAY! I called out to the team leader, and he indicated that in their judgment, I was not ready to go! When I phoned their supervisor, he stated he had to follow their advice. Personally, I despise it when staff create the rules and decide to go perform a simpler job, leaving someone who has been waiting for months to relocate in a bind with no choice except to contact another business!! IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO MOVE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY,  AS THEY WILL Mislead YOU AND LEAVE YOUR FAMILY IN THE DARK! IT WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH WITHIN MY 65 YEARS!!!! Unbelievable incompetence!

Peace of Mind

These guys helped me out with a move, got me from Tennessee down to south Florida. They weren’t the cheapest option, but the work they did was worth every penny, especially given the stress they took away and the peace of mind that came with it. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move. They definitely saved me from a few more gray hairs in my beard

Good Job

Had to move a few things from Colorado to Florida. Anthony was very detailed when we went over the estimate. The movers were very nice and were done quick. Delivery took a little longer than expected but they kept me informed. They are now moving my sister down also.

SCAM, DO NOT USE

I was contacted by Sawgrass after putting a quote request into a moving company finder website. The agent who contacted me seemed friendly and authentic, and after recieving a cost quote, I reserved a move for a two day window in June, and paid the $500 deposit. I was told a driver would contact me within a few days of my move to verify details and give me an eta. That first day was the LAST TIME any person from Sawgrass or any contracted driver reached out to me. As the scheduled window got closer and closer, I called the given customer service number multiple times to try and get any information on my scheduled move. Each time that I called, the woman answered in a completely unprofessional way, never had any more information to give me about the status of my move, and repeatedly told me she would reach out when anything came up, yet never did. I tried calling and emailing the original agent that I spoke with, but to no avail there either.. Even on the days that I was given for the driver to arrive, I was unable to get any information from them whatsoever. Ultimately, the moving days came and went, and I still never heard anything from anyone at Sawgrass or any contracted company. It became very clear over this time that the company only wanted my deposit money, and had no intention of actually moving my belongings. Because of this, I am not only out the money I paid in deposit, but I've had to completely change all of moving plans. Please do not fall for this company's scam yourself, and seek other ways of relocating. This has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences I've had to deal with, with any company or service agents

Move across country

This company falsely represents themselves. They claimed to not be a broker - they are brokers. They claim they will be with you all the way through the move - we had to leave several messages before anyone would return the call. We spent over two hours with them on the phone going through all the things we were moving and got a binding agreement with them and they repeatedly, from multiple sources, told us the price CAN NOT go up. The price went up when the actual movers arrived. We were told they would store our belongings for up to a month then were informed by the actual movers that we needed to get to our destination as fast as we could to take delivery of our things. They did not provide that service. We were told there would be a semi trailer used for our move. When the movers got there all they had was a truck the size of a U-Haul. We had to take the mover to a rental location over 20 miles away to rent another truck. Due to all of these issues we requested to renegotiate the binding agreement and were told that they were reviewing it. We are still waiting for a reply more than a month later. In short, these people are liars and cheats. If you read this review and still use their services you will be cheated and will only have yourself to blame. We used them because they were a company that was supposed to be founded by ex-military folks. Usually ex-military folks have honor but, the way we were treated and ignored I have to question that fact. In the end we feel that Sawgrass still owes us over $4500. We recommend using a reputable company for your move. You will pay about the same but, you will get the service you pay for. We have more detailed information about personnel but have decided not to include it. The company as a whole is the culprit.

Run as fast as you can AWAY from this company

They came to pick up my things 2 days before the agreed date, and although we had to leave several things behind because of them, they charged us much more money than agreed! In the end, I only moved half of my stuff for double the price. They should be ashamed!
