This business is a JOKE. I was given a moving date of Friday, with an option date of Saturday, then was phoned on Saturday and informed they couldn't relocate me until Sunday. This was unacceptable because my ex-husband had asked me to leave on Friday. I contacted the office many times and was sent to the answering service, where I requested that a supervisor or the owner contact me as soon as possible. I've never heard from anybody, and I'm sitting here waiting to find out when the movers will arrive, despite the fact that they have my $700.00 deposit. I’m not recommending this company to anyone, they talk about great customer service and so far I’ve not seen anything but incompetence on their job.
Worst service ever!
I'm writing this while I'm stuck in a state that I'm trying to get out of. This company has been the worst I've ever been dealing with, and I've moved several times in the last few years. I had demanded a pickup on the same day and a delivery on the next day only to receive a call saying that my belongings would not be picked up until 8 p.m. and that it would not be shipped until the next day. I asked the manager to communicate, and at this moment I expressed my discontent. The manager then started telling me that I was rude, had an anger issue, and clearly couldn't read a contract. (My contract stated in capital, highlighted, and bold letters SAME DAY PICKUP SAME DAY DELIVERY). After I realized that my conversation wasn't going anywhere, I asked someone else to talk to me. I was told that it was a Jewish company, because there was no one else to talk to about it on a Saturday and good luck. Then I managed to reach out to the sales rep I was dealing with, fortunately I kept his number, in which he said he was going to see what was going on. 8pm arrived, no movers. (This was after we were ignored by a number of phone calls). We decided to call the sales rep again, in which he said that we would hear back shortly from the dispatch. Then he'll call me back and say the movers weren't coming, and maybe we'll see them between 9am and 11am the next morning. Long story short, we had to cancel the last minute, leaving me stuck. I highly recommend that you never hire this company.There's a webpage about professionalism and customer support, this is a joke. I was going to spend a piece of my hard-earned money to use this company, and I was left with extra costs because there were no movers.
Great experience
Thank you for your professional handling of this transfer. Starting with the sales guy, Eric, the estimator and the moving crew. All parties were polite and punctual and always gave me a straightforward and succinct answer for any of my questions or concerns. The business has always provided me with frequent updates on this interstate transfer and has really eased my doubts.

If you're looking for a genuine, straightforward, welcoming company to help you travel around, choose Safe Cube! Those guys are the real deal. They're not pushing you to go with them. They're not talking poorly about other movers/transporters. They're just focused on the support and resources they have. Eric has been my moving assistant from start to finish. He was still available to answer the questions that I had. I could have reached him by phone call, text or email! He was so polite and helpful whenever I wanted to change the amount of things I was bringing in (from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA). I just don't have anything negative to say about this business. Bad service
In 25 years, we've relocated five times. This was our first time to recruit experienced movers, and from the start it was a Mess!! When they finally showed AFTER NOON on the second day of pick-up, they showed ONE SINGLE Man, JUST ONE!! It took me hours to round up his help and charged me an extra $882 out of pocket for that help and an extra Uhaul. Hiring professionals was supposed to make this transition simpler, less stressful, instead it was a lot more stressful, Really Costly, and they're always acting like they did me a favor. If you want it done right, employ any other firm, and I can guarantee you that it can't get any worse!! Share this review with all the people you care for.
Long distance move
The price we got was significantly smaller than any other company I talked to, so I was a little uncertain to go with them. I'm so happy I did that. The customer service was fantastic, and the movers to pick up and drop off were so kind and supportive. They really gave me that peace of mind. I highly recommend them, and I'd certainly use them again.

Companies that transport household goods within New York like Safecube moving have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
